I was very nervous as I had never had any botox or fillers. I was immediately put at ease and Dr. Petrowsky took the time to educate me first and set exceptions. She was so kind and compassionate and her bed side manner was extraordinary as well as Amy's, her assistant. I'd never had perfect skin and would wear full coverage make up everyday. After scouring the internet, I found Fresh Face and Eye on Instagram and reached out for an appointment. They set me up for an in office consultation once they reopened in June (they were closed due to COVID). Dr. Purewal is super knowledgeable and attentive. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. I really appreciated that she wasn't pushy about the procedures. I signed up for a BBL Photofacial package and asked for a teeeeeny bit of Botox. I got the first of three BBL photofacials done the same day of my consult; followed by Botox. I was thankful they could squeeze me in the same day, as Chatham is out of the way for me. Both procedures were painless and actually quite relaxing During and following the procedures, Dr. Purewal and Heather took care to provide me detailed after care instructions. Heather also followed up multiple times via text message to make sure I was healing alright and that I was happy with the results. I saw results instantly but, two weeks later, my skin looks amazing. The best it's ever been since before I hit puberty lol. To the point that now I just wear tinted moisturizer, and a little dot of concealer here and there. And this is only after the first session!! I was a complicated case with my requests and the surgery he performed from the research I have done is very difficult. He makes a sincere effort to get you your desired look. He made me comfortable and I did extensive research on him and saw 5+ PS from Vegas to NYC / NJ and he was the best. I work in healthcare and have high expectations and he exceeded them. After initially consulting with other surgeons, I researched and discovered the direct-to-implant surgery approach in which the cancerous breast is removed and reconstructed with an implant during the same surgery. I found Dr. Rafizadeh online and learned that he is a pioneering surgeon behind this specific surgery. He was also highly recommended by the Surgical Oncologist who did my Mastectomy (Dr. William Diehl). If you need a Mastectomy and want a new breast, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend having a Single Stage Mastectomy - Direct to Implant Reconstruction done by Dr. Farhad Rafizadeh and Surgical Oncologist Dr. William Diehl. (He and Dr. Diehl have worked together for years and are both such kind and thorough doctors). I relocated from Nashville to Jersey to be under their care and it is now two months after from my Mastectomy and I have zero pain, no lymphedema, no rehab needed, and a gorgeous breast that I feel great about. It was HUGE to be able to go through this process without losing touch with my femininity. Cancer had already spread to my nipple, so I was not able to do a nipple-sparing Mastectomy as I had hoped. Dr. Rafizadeh will construct a nipple mound and nipple in my second surgery. Dr. Rafidazeh is a true artist (literally.
