Staff is very friendly, I love the services i get there. I've done two small areas for lazer hair removal and have seen good results.

I've been a loyal client here for three years -- but after today's experience, I won't be coming back. Two weeks ago, I had my lips dissolved with my preferred specialist, Monica, and booked a refill appointment for October 4 at 12pm with Kelly (since Monica was out of office). I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience. read more

I've been going for laser treatments in my bikini area for over a year now with Des and I am sooo happy with the results. After 6 treatments about 90% of my hair completely does not grow back. Des also made me feel very comfortable and the laser itself is not painful at all. read more

They booked my appointment with dr Kelly. I drove over an hour to get to my appointment. At the last min when I arrived they switched me to another location with was an extra 15 min away . When I arrived and did all the paper work they took me on the back and told me dr Kelly wasn't there and I could have a consultation . They wasted my whole morning of driving all over for nothing. I will never return back again I would not suggest you book an appointment this Dr Kelly. It's a big scam read more

I was in last Saturday for a Hydrofacial and Dermaplaining and had a 1:00 appointment. I called the Monday before and I was told the price of both procedures together was $175. The hydrofacial is listed on their site at a 60 minute procedure and the dermaplaning a 30-60 minute procedure - BOTH on their website. I arrived at approximately 12:40 to fill out any paperwork. I laid down on the table at exactly 1:15 and I was done at exactly 2:00. 45 minutes. I went to pay and I was told my total was $200 and I explained that I was given a different price on the phone (their prices aren't listed online). The price I was given was not honored. I normally wouldn't argue over a $25 price difference, but I'm angry over this simply for the fact that I paid TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for FOURTY FIVE minutes of a facial that was just okay. I've been to many other reputable spas would charge LESS for LONGER work. To make matters worse, I had to ask the receptionist for my esthetician's name at the end (Vivianna) because she never introduced herself to me, explained any of her processes, or asked anything about my skin. I also asked in my paperwork to receive a consultation regarding future laser hair removal and that was never addressed. It was my first time here after this spa was highly recommended to me, but I can't justify spending that much money on 45 minutes again. I drive past this place almost daily, decided to check them out. Location is really convenient. Found a great Groupon for Laser Hair Removal. Prior to this, I've had laser hair removal done and it cost me 4x the price! However, it's always a little scary when you have a Groupon, almost like you don't know what you're getting into, so of course I came to Yelp. I was able to make a same day appointment due to a cancellation they had. The parking lot is beyond awful and really tight. There was almost nowhere to park on the day I came. The office is spacious and clean. The waiting room is comfortable and there is ample room to social distance. The staff inside was very welcoming and helpful. I filled out my paperwork and was taken into the room minutes later. Desiree was the girl who did my laser. She was very nice and informative. Overall I was very pleased with the service and my visit. I will be back for my second visit in 4 weeks! read more

This office is super spacious, clean, and beautiful as soon as you walk in. The receptionist was very sweet and organized so it was easy coming in and out. I had a really positive experience and Desiree made me and my mom feel so so comfortable in our appointment! I got done cryofacial dermaplanning and hydrofacial by Christina and I absolutely LOVE HER. She is beyond amazing!! Not only did she make me look beautiful for my engagement pictures but she made me feel beautiful as well! You can see the shape of my chin, my neck and my cheekbones after getting the cryofacial done. Been coming here since January 2021 and have nothing bad to say about them. The establishment is clean and the ladies and specialists are so friendly and accommodating! I'm African American so was worried about whether the laser treatments would work on me but so far, 5 sessions in and I'm noticing the changes (just make sure they have the laser on the highest setting because of our pigment. Stings a bit but this beautiful skin color can withstand it ) definitely will be moving on to other parts of my body that need laser. read more

Incredible experience with Viviana! I got a microdermabrasion for the first time. It was so relaxing and beneficial for my dry skin. You feel the dead skin cells coming off (TMI?). Very nice establishment and friendly staff. My aesthetician is knowledgeable and professional. The reason for 4 starts md and not 5 is that I came here with a Groupon and found out that Groupon facials (mine was a hydro facial) were shorter than full price facials. So as nice as they are sorry to say all 5 of my cool sculpting treatments that I had done with them some multiple times did not work one bit in fact I had the rare side effect that made the fat grow. Known as PAH They claimed if this happened the company would pay for me to get real liposuction Well it's like 2 years later and still asking all the time if they made any progress. You would think they would at least refund the money I paid them of course not! I spent another $5,000 trying to correct it and then come to find out it's not correctable because of the scar tissue so now I'm just stuck with a horrible looking back. So much for an easy procedure with incredible results! Followed up again and they claimed PAH isn't real and they can't help me. Meanwhile I spoke to another office that offered coolsculpting and they said allergen (the company behind coolsculpting) will absolutely pay for correction surgery if this rate side affect happens the place you had it done simply has to submit a claim.... Guess Dr Ed may have "forgotten" to submit that claim.... Went for another consultation with Dr Racanelli in Morristown and he claims to see this all the time and the correction surgery costs $20,000! So to sum it up $2400 wasted on coolsculpting, $5000 wasted on the lipo to correct it and another $20,000 which might correct it read more

I had a great experience at MRC with Vanessa. First off I am a guy and yes we get facials too . But I went for a back facial treatment because I have had severe backne for most of my adult life. It's something that I am very self conscious about and makes me pretty uncomfortable I wasn't expecting much I haven't had much luck in the past with so many experts. So is was a shot in the dark last resort type deal. I was pretty embarrassed to even be there . I felt sorry for anyone that had to stare at my facial imperfections and my back for so long but Vanessa was wonderful . She make me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process. After a while I almost fell asleep. The facility was nice clean and modern inside and the procedure is in a small private room . It took about an hour for each but the time flew. When it was done she told me there would be some scarring that would last about 3-4 days . When I woke up the next day I couldn't believe my eyes my back was so clean maybe 40% of the acne and blemishes were gone . And in a few more days the scarring as well. It's been a few weeks and the results still show . I couldn't be happier with the results and so happy I found mrc . Vanessa is a God send . As a first timer at MRC for laser hair removal I had a positive experience! It was clean, spacious, easy to park (at the time I went, around 2pm), and quick/efficient service. The staff was polite, willing to answer any questions (I had done my research and wanted to know as much as possible about their machine used and procedure). I was a bit skeptic during the consultation/appointment, being I still had a few questions before starting but the tech moved so quickly I could barely get my thoughts together --- next thing I know my treatment was over! Though my consultation felt a bit rushed since tech was fully booked for the day, I think she was great, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident about the process/results! So far I'm feeling good about results and look forward to completing all sessions! I'll come back with any updates. read more
