The entire place is always spotless, from the front desk to the floors and beds, and the staff is full of some of the most helpful people you could ever meet. All of them are nice, professional and knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring and training does an exceptional job, especially when they hired Maddie and Zayna. Both are always so nice, helpful and fun to be around. It's obvious a lot of other customers feel the same way. Glo Tan for Life!

This location offers everything and I mean everything I didn't have a chance at my local home for use; you can sit in the massage chairs as long as you'd like and their multi beds offer consistently opening up for other guests so there was never any wait for beds. Loved the care and attention to the young ladies at reception tonight; the location is tucked in a very busy plaza but the music, decoration and vibes were lovely, I was very relaxed tonight and delightfully entertained for two hours just relaxing . They have a policy where you can use any of their locations which was a treat as my home is almost an hour away. Additionally just enjoying the newer variations of the spa beds was my favorite part of the experience. Come check them out , give yourself a pampering. The payment option is like a gym however you can freeze your account instead of cancelling where the monthly Is drastically different instead of cancelling and re- submitting.

I went there for a couple of years - no problem. Circumstances necessitated that I cancel my membership. I contacted Leslie Gladney (the "at that time" manager} via email AND by phone. She assured me my membership would be canceled. It was not. I didn't check my credit card statements for a few months, then saw my credit card was STILL being charged. Emailed & called again. I was assured it would be "taken care of." Covid arrived. I was out of the state for 8 months - STILL the charges appeared on my credit card. After contacting my credit card company (for the second time) to NOT accept charges from Darque Tan, I was told my only recourse was to cancel the card and get a new one with a number they had no access to. My advise: HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY THEY MORPH INTO TO AVOID LAWSUITS.

Horrible. The original owners sold to someone new recently. They are a total zero! Thursday 4/2…read morearrived at 10am which is the time they are supposed to open.... Waited with several other people until 10:35 and NO ONE showed up. We all left. Went back the next day and they were open but refused to let my 17 year d daughter tan because this time she was alone and they said they needed to scan an adults drivers license!!! All this has already been done and it's in the system. We have been going here for years!!! Not to mention in the state of Florida you can be 14 years old with parents consent the tan.... As I stated earlier, all that has been done and has been on file for years. These people suck!!! Their beds aren't working right either. Multiple bulbs are out on different beds that we've been in in the last couple weeks. Find somewhere else to go. You would think if they're going to have a policy change they'd email customers and considering we are a family of four and we are all members... well, we were until now!!
