I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back.
