I completely understand that they required IDs but he simply could've said something along the lines of "I'm so sorry we unfortunately do require physical IDs" instead of being so fucking disrespectful and implying that I was some underage kid trying to pull one over on him. Lisa told me that an appointment would have to be made in order for me to be seen, but I explained my situation to her and she was nice enough to fit me in. I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in the door! Lisa's customer service is awesome and her work is impeccable! I originally was there for tinting, but she was done so fast that she had time to do my lashes before her next client arrived. Called, talked with Shaterra and she would not consider my difficulty in having to cancel. A good business owner would have at least given back part of deposit. This is wrong. I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back. Do not understand all the positive reviews. Would never use this company.
