Over the course of that time she has been rude and condescending towards me for various things. There were times when I thought she was skimping people on her treatments and charging ALOT of money for them. Example you can buy 1 pound of pure Titanium Dioxide powder off amazon for 18 dollars and mix it yourself and add to creams and sunscreen and she sells it for 20 dollars for a10ml. I asked her about that and she replied that her titanium dioxide was specially mixed...its not true its exactly the same. In passing once she said that some offices mix water with their botox to save on serums...I tend to wonder if she dabbles in that, how would one know? On this note, she kept upping my botox treatments saying I needed more when I really didnt. One appointment I believe she purposely left out some units of botox on some areas of my brow to help assist her in getting more units out of me. needless to say I had to go back and get more at wich point she upped the price. This last time I visited her she gave me 2 more units then usual, which I thought was odd. I have to admit that Dr. Gelber has given me some bad vibes about the way she conducts business. She raises her prices, doesn't tell you till your in her office and then expects you to pay. Not only that, if she doesn't like you she will up her prices, or she will up her prices if she knows you have money. She now even charges 100 dollars per 15 mins just to talk about your treatments after the fact. Anyways after 6 years of treatments ( two a year) ranging from 600-1k a pop, she decides to "let me go" because she had more clients in tahoe willing to pay her more and she that she thought that I was "waisting her time". She flat out told me that she needed more money out of me and because I couldn't buy more cosmetics from her (the expensive ones) that I should go else where. What a shady experience! I wouldnt normally leave a review like this but people should know, your not a patient, she doesn't care about you, she cares about your money.

I felt there was minimal engagement or effort to properly evaluate my symptoms. I was seeking assessment for issues that I believe are related to GERD or LPR, conditions typically within the scope of an ENT evaluation. Instead, my concerns did not feel meaningfully addressed or investigated. The only option offered was a terrible medication that once you stop taking it makes your symptoms worse, which I do not feel is an adequate or comprehensive solution for my situation, and no other treatment pathways or diagnostic alternatives were discussed. I left the appointment without clarity, direction, or any actionable plan. Overall, I found the visit unproductive and not a worthwhile use of my time. He's just a ENT plastic surgeon I believe, how I got referred to him is a complete mystery.

I always knew I was in the best hands. I got a Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and rhinoplasty. I've never been able to breathe well out of my nose, so Dr. Watson walked me through every single option for me. Surgery ended up being the best option and I am so grateful I went through with it. I added on cosmetic rhinoplasty and Dr. Watson did a fantastic job with both the cosmetic portion and the structural portion and is extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the nose. With how quickly I'm recovering, I can tell how meticulous, gentle and detail-oriented he was with my nose in the surgery. After just one week, all of my bruising and swelling is gone. I got my cast and splints off and out of my nose 5 days post-op and was immediately able to breathe. INSANE!! And already LOVING the shape. I've been going to his office for facial laser treatments for 2 years. Previous laser tech was wonderful, caring, knowledgeable. She has since left the practice and I met Molly today for my annual laser touchup. I am so impressed with Molly's skill and professionalism! I am an RN and her care was very thorough and nurse-like! Her aesthetician training was in evidence with the pre- and post-treatment support she provided. As I'd never had laser treatments in the past I had nothing to compare to, but Molly gets it right. I witnessed her planning, assessment, action, reassessment...proper skin prep before, full aftercare with products she put into little containers to send home with me, detailed instructions. She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Additionally, my results were the opposite of what I had hoped, and now I have to live with it every time I look in the mirror. I'm not convinced that Dr. McCormack is even concerned with her work, since I never saw her during any of my follow ups. And when I expressed my concerns during my year of healing, her staff would just try and reassure me. It's been over a year. I healed well, but the results are not good. I spent a lot of money on my surgery, but spent additional money on having to pay my bills while being off work during recovery, which I expected. With all the money I ended up paying all together, I certainly did not expect to get such poor results. And I cannot afford to go take more time off work and go back into surgery to get it fixed. When I can afford to get this fixed, I will certainly be going to a different plastic surgeon.

(The ladies here are all friendly and are helpful). We made a realistic game plan and rescheduled to come back in March of 2024. At this visit, the game plan didn't change and we continued to medical clearance in April. I was cleared for surgery at the end of April and a week and a half later I got a new nose. I had a big scar on my nose and Dr. Hall was able to minimize it while I was under. Surgery went according to plan, with check in to check out. It was out patient at Quail surgery! They took great care of me! See my review for Quail! I did have a minor issue when I returned post surgery to have the stents and stitches removed. The girl removing them, pulled and tore a bit at the base of my nose. It was painful and annoying. Thank goodness someone else was in the office to remove the remaining stent and stitches in my left nostril. I also had a billing issue that was caught later and I was reimbursed, but I wasn't too happy with that either. I doubt a check for $210 would have been mailed back to me had I not caught their error. I waited a year to write this review if at all. I wanted to give an accurate account of my experience. Would I do it again? Probably not. I'm not a surgery kind of person. The only other one I had was a cesarean. Rhinoplasty was painful, but I'm breathing better, so that was worth it. Thank you Dr. Hall, my nose is still setting and appears smaller everyday.
