The Windy City Bulls wore Philippine themed jerseys which was pretty cool. Throughout the night they celebrated or talked about the Philippines and the history. They opened with the Philippine National Anthem followed by the United States National Anthem. For the first 2,000 fans, they gave away a toy Jeepney and if you wanted a special hat, you had to purchase it with the admission ticket. The game was entertaining and the Bulls won! What I really loved about it was it was very kid friendly and all the kids loved it. The were really involved and were into the game! The big screen and score was not over the court like most arenas, but it was off to the side. The benefit of that was the screen was bigger than the normal over the court screen. Overall, I really liked the arena, the game and the way they made it kid focused. What a great way to get the younger kids to love Bulls basketball. Parking was free and it took sometime to get out but once you got past the main lot entry, it was smooth sailing (unless you were trying to get to the 90 Interstate. I would go to another game for sure! I highly recommend going if you have little ones that loves basketball.

I flew to Chicago earlier this week to catch a Windy City Bulls game. It was Yuki night and I was…read moresooo excited to see Yuki Kawamura play. While he ended up not being in the arena for the game (he was called up to play with the Bulls that night, go Yuki!!), I still had such an incredible time. The arena was just a blast. The fans were great, the staff were super enthusiastic, and the team played their hearts out! Mac McClung was on fire and gave it is all as per usual. The crowd went crazy when he hit a clutch 3 point winner. He's such a stand up guy that he even signed autographs for fans after the game. I watched as he took selfies and signed shirts for literally every single person that asked... including me! What a class act!!

The games are fun to watch, with music and entertainment in between play (DJ, dancers, court challenges, t-shirt toss, etc). WCB staff are great to work with regarding ticket sales for groups and using the FEVO site for fundraising makes it easy. I also appreciate the theme games, like Filipino or Hispanic Heritage Nights, where there is added fun and cultural celebrations. There are fun zones and things to do on the concourse too. Trust me, this is the one you want. I had so much fun. Yes, you will get wet. Save those comfy gym shoes you were thinking of tossing for this day. Don't wear that cute workout set but do plan for comfort. Once you cross the finish line and collect your medal, you can stay and party with the live DJ. Enjoyed coming to SeatGeek stadium for a few Chicago Fire games this summer. Despite other…read morecomments, I thought it was easy to get in and out of the area for games. The parking was easy and the traffic flow was smooth. The stadium itself isn't fancy but has great sight lines and for the games with good crowds, a fun atmosphere and generally very loud when the Fire is winning. The food is okay, not a lot of options and a little pricey. We did enjoy the brisket nachos. A good BBQ flavor and well portioned.

I have been here many times for concerts and a couple basketball games and I want to love it but…read moreit's pretty *meh* First of all, unless you pay for parking, they (the city) has made it near impossible to find a spot. I understand they are trying to make the downtown area more walkable, but the infrastructure isn't there to support such a crazy idea. There should be automated trams (street cars!) that allow people to get from the west to the east side, maybe all the way to the lakefront. Maybe extend that to go north and south too. But I digress.... Second, getting inside. It's always unnecessarily stressful and never enough people scanning tickets (or paying attention). Now let me gripe about the escalator situation. I want to believe there are 2 sets but I have only ever seen the one at the main entrance. Stairs are also difficult to find, and most of the doors have a warning that if you exit you cannot re-enter or alarm will sound. If you are here for a concert they usually only have 2 merch stands, both by the main escalator which generally impedes the flow of traffic. Drinks - lots of places to purchase and wildly over-priced. Food - are there a lot of food options? Yes. Are they all open? No. I feel like Fiserv Forum and the Deer District is an example of how newer isn't always better and that newer also does not equate to user friendly.

Second floor views are much better, but duh. The stairs going up and down are steep so be careful. I have tripped and rolled once. Not fun. Trust me. Be careful. The shop inside is also very nice, and open to public even when there isn't a game on.

Going through the security was quick and painless. The security alarm went off due up my metal wallet. So I took it out it was all good. We arrived about 30 minutes before the game started so we hung out near the concessions. We purchased a couple cold beverages. Pricing for the beer was just as expected, it was $11 each. Decided to get food at halftime. We got to it seats to tip. The seats were easy to get to, we were in section 222. The seats were comfortable and the view of center court was perfect. The fans were friendly as I was wearing Spartan gear. I thought I would get some chirping from the Badger faithful. At the half, the lines were long to get food. It took a while to get through but our luck, it seemed the other lines were moving much quicker. While we were halfway to the register we were informed they ran out of beer!!!! I think that is a sin to run out of beer in Wisconsin! We got our food, I got pizza and my friend got a brat. Prices were as expected , I forgot what I paid for both of us but it was about $23 total including a water. We arrived to our seats a little late as they started the 2nd half. Overall, I had a better experience than my Spartans as they lost by more than 20 points. I did hear about it from one fan I responded, "That's ok, I still feel good cause I'm a Chicago Bears fan!" And he quickly gave turned away and has nothing else to say. LOL. I had a good time. Slow concession lines and running out of beer (at least in our concession stand) is why i rated it a 4. I'm sure Tom Izzo would have given his experience a 1 star.
