Was offered basically a sh*t happens, shoulder shrug kind of response. There was never a warning that that may happen when the phone was opened up. Or even an offer to refund the button repair. I told Scott what had happened, and even though it was moments before closing, he was determined to confirm if my computer was indeed faulty. He literally insisted on helping me sort out the issue. He willingly took the time then and the next day to decipher the issue. I couldn't believe my eyes. He completely restored the computer to perfect a functioning state. Just incredible. He offered to help me in my distress, solved the problem, AND didn't even charge me. I am astounded. I think going in for computer repair is a worse feeling than going to the dentist, but not when you're going to Pheonix Computers.
