Brought my phone in for a power button repair. Eveything else functioned but could not download…read moreapps without the power button. Button was repaired, then the phone was fried! Was offered basically a sh*t happens, shoulder shrug kind of response. There was never a warning that that may happen when the phone was opened up. Or even an offer to refund the button repair. He willingly took the time then and the next day to decipher the issue. I couldn't believe my eyes. He completely restored the computer to perfect a functioning state. Just incredible. He offered to help me in my distress, solved the problem, AND didn't even charge me. I am astounded.
