One of the most seamless selling experiences for me ever. Heidi and Mike make an excellent team and both went above and beyond in all phases of the sale. Heidi is an excellent realtor with an intimate knowledge of the housing market. A HUGE plus is she knows everybody which helped when it came to asking neighbors to trim trees (she would know the address and the people), dealing with the city (she went to task on my behalf) and finding top notch workers to make repairs. I can't imagine navigating everything that popped up without her. She is honest, very responsive throughout and I always felt she was in my corner and I was well-represented. Heidi was also a calming influence so when I would call and inform her we had a problem, her response was almost always, "oh, that's not a problem"'. Did I mention she's funny, too? A special shout out to Mike, her son, who is just beginning his career but he is going to be the real deal.
