I have tried for over 6 months now to get in contact to help me with the more training we agreed on and that I've already paid for the service for. Every time I receive a response and Mancini states he would contact me and he never does. Initially the reason for not scheduling training was due to personal reasons but now it's been 6 months. I have requested a refund and still no response. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this device and do not recommend this facility.
