The Mall at Robinson is a two-story, indoor mall that contains over 100 stores and restaurants. For many years, I have shopped at this mall off and on. During my most recent visit, this mall had some empty storefronts but was far from dying. In 2026, the anchor stores are Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Examples of clothing stores are American Eagle, Children's Place, Express, H&M, LOFT, and Victoria's Secret. Examples of stores for shoes and accessories are Foot Locker, Journeys, Lids, and Shoe Dept. Service businesses include salons, cell-phone carriers, optometrists, and the National Guard. Restaurants include several national chains such as Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon as well as local restaurants such as ChinaMax and Moon Sushi. The parking lot has a sufficient number of spaces for vehicles, even on the busier weekends, and the interior of the mall looks safe and clean. read more

I love shopping at this mall! My grandmother always used to take me to shop for the holidays or to get some clothes for myself. The selection and variety of stores is amazing and the food court has great selections and restaurants. In my opinion the prices at all the stores are decent and the workers are always so polite and kind. I definitely recommend this mall if you live in or are visiting the Pittsburgh area. read more

This mall is super-broke down. Do not go to this mall with kids. Let me give you a breakdown of why: 1. Upon entering mall went to family bathroom with two small kids, but no toilet paper 2. Came into mall in food court (2nd floor). Tried to get to 1st floor to get hot chocolate for kids, but mall elevator and escalators broken. 3. Went into JCPenny and used elevator to get to 1st floor, but gate between JCPenny and mall was broken, which prevented me from getting back into the mall from 1st floor. 4. Wanted to let kids ride coin-fed machines such as small carousels and horse, but change machine broken Check out this news article that aligns with my experience. I've been coming to this mall since it first opened and I've been here a decent amount of times over the years. It's not even close to being my favorite mall in the Pittsburgh metro area, but it is nice. There are approximately 120 stores with a wide variety of men's and women's apparel, footwear, speciality, small local businesses, jewelry, home decor, etc. They have one of my favorite Dick's Sporting Goods. It's one of their three anchor stores, two story and loaded with stuff. Macys and JC Penney are their other two anchor stores. The food court has around 10 places to eat. It really isn't that great to be honest, but they do have a couple decent options. It's a shame they don't have a place for pizza. FYI: there are plenty of good places to eat and drink right outside of the mall in the parking lots and in the surrounding area of it There is always plenty of parking as I rarely ever see this mall packed unless it's around the holidays. The customer service always seems to be good and you can definitely find some good deals depending on the time of year. Enjoy :) read more

As far as malls go in 2024, this one is actually still vibrant and alive with stores and shoppers. It's great to see people enjoying their experience in person, and choosing to shop here rather than online. The mall offers a few sit down restaurant options, a full food court, and all the stores that you would expect. read more

Y'all are getting it so wrong we want malls to be true to themselves and not try to be modern and to keep up with other malls. The mall at Robinson seems to think shop goers what malls that are top of the line and the best around. While that is true to a degree it's not true at all here we want this mall to downgrade and go back to being a mall in the 80s drop the whole modern shit and go back to what made normal. read more

The mall at Robinson has gone the way of most malls. There are many empty storefronts on both levels. It's truly a shame when walking here. Most of this mall is teen and young adult oriented but they do have a Macy's as an anchor along with Dick's sporting goods. One of the few remaining JC Penney's can be found here. The center court features a Starbucks. Off to one side is a food court with a Wahlburger's restaurant. There is plenty of parking surrounding the mall and of course many restaurants as well. I don't go here often but my most recent visit was to participate in their 2nd annual strawberry pretzel salad bakeoff. Some of the participants were vendors from the mall along with other vendors. Each participant was working for a disabilities charity so it felt good to "vote" for the one who made the best dessert. The mall does offer a rewards program and keeps you abreast with email notifications if you sign up for them. When I'm here I usually visit bath and body although they have another location in Robinson Towne center nearby which is easier to get to than just walking through the mall. I remember when this mall first opened. The flashy new mall that allowed for stores that weren't in the area to move into the area. Have the times changed. Especially since a majority of those stores have gone bankrupt, moved out after closing, or expanded to take over too many portions of the mall. With that said, this is one mall in the Pittsburgh area that is fairly pretty well. The mall setup is a bit like a boomerang, unlike the traditional setup of a mall where you have wings. Guess that was kind of good, especially since you will come back to where you started. I know this just isn't me, when I walk a mall I always mentally note what store was in the location that a new store has setup. I still remember where Gadzooks was in this mall. The food court was actually packed and thriving. I think one thing that this mall has going over others in the area is that they also have a thriving shopping area outside the mall. I'm sure that draws a lot of customers in here for stores that aren't located in those shopping plazas. Also to note is that parking is abundant. I feel that this area was unfinished, and has been since they finished the mall itself. How long are they going to have those barriers up at the one traffic light? read more

I just wrote in another review that I've been visiting this area for several years now and have always stayed within a few miles of this mall, but never actually went into the mall because it looks so dead from the out when driving by, but today I went in to go to the Wahlburgers in the food court (they call it the "The Café") area. I was surprised to see how many stores were in the mall, especially popular "mall" type stores. It's nice to know that all this shopping is right here, close by! read more

They have alot of nice stores, I enjoyed that. A guy at the food court said that I looked like a mountain had had a child with an orc. Which made me fall into a deep state of depression, leading me to seek therapy. read more

We visit Robinson town area numerous times over the past 15 years. Every time I go to Pittsburgh we like to go to this mall and check out all the things that they have to offer. We usually visit most of their stores get some food take some pictures and just really enjoy this place read more

I am not a mall person (I do not like to shop) . . . I am not even a Robinson person (I usually avoid Robinson like the plague . . . too much traffic . . . too many people). With that said, I found myself in Robinson yesterday for a lunch meeting at Eat N' Park, and afterwards, I had some time to kill, so I decided to look around the Mall at Robinson . . . and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. It was a week-day, so granted, it wasn't very crowded (I hate large crowds). The last time I was in this building was probably around twenty years ago (perhaps less), for a family portrait at a photography studio. Since then, I suppose a lot of places have come and gone (I was specifically seeking out an authentic taco stand that I had heard was doing business in the food court, but alas, it had closed). I was surprised to see motorcycles in the mall, in a display by Mosites Motorsports (they are a business located near the Monroeville Mall area), but was sad to see, it was only a display, and not an actual store (see photos I posted). There seemed to be a lot of stores selling the same kinds of things (Vans shoes), and some that were unique, such as a wine store (with free samples). I enjoyed the Dicks sporting goods store also. Overall, I enjoyed this visit, and might even come back again in the not so distant future . . . Cheers! P.S. You may have seen his artwork before, such as in Carnegie, on the wall of the building near the Leo Greta Restaurant. That alone is worth the price of admission . . . This is one of the few remaining busy malls in the area. There are a great selection of stores and luckily few empty spots. I would like to see more restaurants inside of the actual mall but I do enjoy browsing the different stores. The mall is kept clean and seems to also be following Covid procedures to the letter. read more

Crooks, I walked in and asked how much a custom hoodie cost, and the guy told me $45! Well we went back so my daughter could buy one. She sent a pic and they made it and said it would be $75! Horrible way to do business, I will never be back! It was her Christmas money! read more

Have army recruiters littering the mall. Was stopped by a blonde girl asking where target is then she immediately starting asking about where I go to school, what's my major, how much money I spend in tuition, etc. My friend and I tried to walk away but she followed us and kept harassing us. Finally I had enough and told her I had no interest in bombing innocent people. She said, "we don't do that." Then explain the 2017 Mosul Massacre then that killed 278 innocent civilians. Disgraceful. The security needs to control this. Ruined my trip. read more

My dad often takes me and my mon here and I consider that to be a great thing because it still has the stores that other malls do not. To bad we don't live in Robinson Township because if we did, no lie, I'd be here for maybe 2-4 hours. What I like most about this mall is it has stores that interest me such as Spencer's, Gamestop and F.Y.E and thank goodness there's a wonderful variety of different places to eat at the food court. read more

It is exactly hot in this mall. It feels like it is outside. You are supposed to come in here to get cool and shop but it makes you not even want to come in here. You sweat just walking around. This mall needs to step up their game. read more
