I really can't speak highly enough of Eric and the folks at South West Home Improvements. They've…read morebeen taking care of my elderly mother's home for some time now, and whether it's electrical, sewer line, kitchen, gas, or even roofing, they're there to take care of things anytime her home needs some repair. It's a tremendous peace of mind knowing that all I need to do is make a quick phone call. In particular, they're very honest and up front about cost estimates. They also don't tack on added costs after the estimate (unless they discover something that requires additional work or there are big issues). They're very good about when they say someone can get out to the house (if they say they'll be there around 1:00, they'll be there around 1:00). If they do find additional work that might need to be done, they'll let you know -- but they're also up front about it. That is, it doesn't feel like they're trying to sell you on a bunch of extra stuff. "While we were working on X, we noticed that Y might need to be fixed at some point. Y will cost you around $xxxx but you don't need to get that fixed right away" is exactly the way you want something presented. Not "We've ripped out the flooring and found this problem and you need to pay us $xxxx right now so we can fix this other stuff or else we won't put the flooring back" is NOT these guys at all. Consider this a very strong recommendation!

I just read Steve P's review - the same teams came to my place and within one week completed dual-paned windows, steel security door screens, bathroom (new tub and tub flooring) plus new water heater installations! Courteous, efficient, and have the best "Can Do!" attitudes. Yes, a shout out to Austin (he does the bids), Matt, Tony, Ruben, and Kevin. They lay down paper where they work, and cleanup is impeccable.

In August of 2023, I hired Quad County MHS to remediate the crawl space under my pre-fab home. I paid over $30,000.00 for all this work. It came with a transferrable lifetime warranty. Here it is in April of 2025 and I am selling my house. I called for a pre-inspection and it was found that the sump pump was installed incorrectly. A second inspection ordered by the buyer found the same issue. I contacted Quad and asked them to send someone out to re-install this sump pump correctly. They never called me back. I am not surprised. They will never make this right. I am attaching the inspectors' reports. UPDATE I just got a call from Harry. The email address that I send my request to was no longer in use. They had not seen it. Harry said that they will make this right. I am moving in 10 days. Stay tuned.

Their professionalism and quality of work was second to none. After my kitchen, bathrooms were remodeled, along with new paint, new floors, new paint, new roof, new plumbing, and new window were complete. I feel like I live in a palace. Total amazing transformation. The owner was very honest and pleasant to work with and his workers are perfectionist kind and cleanup well. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone and anyone in need of mobile home remodeling, service, or repair.

I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.
