He sincerely apologized to me and said he was so very sorry his technician did not perform his job on Friday. He stated Our appointment did include installing the new ceiling fan and the installer is fairly new with the company and he should have installed it that day. So after Stephan explained the situation I now know it was not the fault of the company. Sadly this new installer decided to make his own decision that hurt the company's reputation. I am willing to give O'Hagan Electric another chance. O'Hagan Electric wants to make up for what happened and gain my trust as a customer. Stephan immediately scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning and also took $150 off my bill. I will update again after the work is complete. UPDATE#2 Tristynn arrived within 10 minutes of my 2 hour window for my appointment. He text me to say he was on his way. He can install it onto the wall but made wrong assessment s of the gauge of the wiring when all he needed to do was turn the dial to adjust the mode. He doesn't like to read the instructions even on items that he doesn't fully comprehend. Therefore, I would avoid using him on the electrical side. The Ugly: Hank is impulsive. I understood he is an older gentleman and it's hot in the garage but he kept dropping profanity like skittles even when the kids are closer by. Additionally he acts before he thinks. He ripped open the Tesla Wall Charger box before he even agreed to install it so return became impossible. Then he proceeded to "renegotiate" the cost of install because he had installed one earlier but took it off deeming the charger and wiring to not work when it was his lack of knowledge to change the settings. He kept flipping between getting paid by the job and getting paid by the effort spent. I ended up paying him for the lift that was complete at his "job minimum," which was higher than his original and renegotiated quote for that job, but did not pay for the rest of the job not done. This was not a pleasant experience. Bottomline, Hank installed the storage lift well so I was pretty happy with that. He is a good installer and a good man who seems to have a lot going on. However, the constant renegotiation, miscommunication, attitude, and lack of expertise made this a rough experience. Overall 2/5 for effort, but I would not recommend his services.

My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation.
