I have thin and fine hair, and have been curious about adding extensions to gain some volume for years now. However, I was afraid of the potential damage extensions can cause. After a lot of research, I decided to go to Victoria for an extension consultation because I was really drawn to her holistic hair health approach, which not only focused on the immediate result, but the long-term hair/scalp health journey. I appreciated that she really took the time to get to know her client; for me, having hair that fit into my active/low maintenance lifestyle was really important, as I do a lot of outdoor sports and don't spend time (or know how to) style my hair. She recommended one row of I-tip extensions, because I was trying to just add volume and keep my costs down (my hair is a few inches past shoulder length, and natural colored). She spent time helping me pick out the perfect color match - we ended up going with extensions that were a bit lighter at the ends than my natural hair color (a dirty blonde), so they added a little bit of highlight while still looking natural. The install itself felt comfortable and natural! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but was pleasently suprised at how quickly I forgot they were in my hair. Victoria was super detailed in describing to me how to best take care of my hair/extensions, and gave me a cute starter kit with some goodies. She's really organized with scheduling move-ups, and breaks out timelines and prices in a very transparent way. I have a pretty busy/rigid work schedule, so I really appreciate her flexiblity in scheduling times that work for both of us. Her studio is super cute and cozy - what makes this experience extra special, apart from the beautiful extension/hair work she does - is that she really goes the extra mile with details that make coming in for appointments something to look forward to. She goes out of her way to ask about playlists her clients like, bakes cookies, and has little goodies to take home. She's also an incredibly kind and empathetic person, and great to get to know and chat with. I'm really happy I took the plunge with extensions, and feel so much more comfortable and confident with my thicker hair. It doesn't seem to be damaging my natural hair at all (in fact it seems more healthy, with my better care habits), so that's a win! I would highly recommend Victoria's services :) read more

Not only does Victoria do an amazing job with her services but she runs a highly professional and trustworthy business. Her new client process is thorough so that she can understand your goals and so you can understand the cost short term and the cost of long term care. Scheduling is easy with Vagaro, but she is also very quick to get back to you by email if you are looking for short term openings. Victoria makes sure that you are satisfied with your care by asking for your thoughts during the styling process. She also offers a seven day satisfaction policy where she offers to fix your care if something did not align with your goals.. but I obviously have not had to come back so soon! Victoria sends goodies like a welcome bag, birthday card and more which have been extremely thoughtful. Her studio is very chic and has recently changed to a beautiful minimalist and modern feel. She is very open and easy to talk to which I find very important as your together for long periods of time. The studio is fully Covid prepared! Masks have been required but are optional and Victoria is willing to wear her mask if that would make you more comfortable. She requires you to sanitize your hands before coming in and the room is sanitized fully between clients. read more

You are truly amazing at what you do. You made me feel very catered to and welcome. I felt so relaxed and special. Even though I gave you a lot of freedom with my hair, we achieved a look that was perfect for my lifestyle. As a working mom, it's so hard to take time for myself without feeling guilty that I'm taking time away from my family. But I didn't feel that way when you were doing my hair. Afterwards, I felt more confident and happy that I took this time for me. I have gotten my hair colored before but I've never gone back for touch ups or regular trims because I didn't know I needed to. You talked to me about long term health, maintenance, and what to expect as the color fades which was new for me to hear from a stylist. I cannot recommend Victoria enough! My hair is a combination of 2C/3A type which has always been frizzy and so hard to manage at times. I was at a point where I'd stopped trying, and was just putting my hair in a braid everyday. I went in just knowing I wanted to feel like myself again and Victoria understood the assignment! I have long hair and wanted to keep it that way and she made sure I kept as much length as possible while getting rid of any split ends so that I can start my journey to healthy, shiny hair on the right track. Wow! This is my second time here and what an amazing experience! At the beginning g of your appointment Victoria sets out your hair goals with you for the appointment as well as long term. Business is beautiful. I love the relaxing nature of her spa and the functionality of it as well.
