One of the reasons was that it was slightly less than halfway full. I explained that it exploded in my mouth and then in my bag on a hike over the weekend, and he said he didn't care. I'm understanding that people try to rip them off a lot but even the employee next to him seemed confused by this guy's attitude. She was apologetic as I walked out and he walked off shaking his head, which was the exact way he showed up so... not the best customer service.
