I've only been here recently (in the past 5-6 months) so I can't comment on the previous low scoring posts, but I will say recently they seem to be pretty organized. They have people who check IDs, never really a line, always there to help me whenever I need. I usually just go in and they ask what I need. I'll tell them what I'm looking for (which is usually just some hybrid and sativa pre-rolls) and they'll just go back and grab me some. They'll offer to explain each one to me, but I don't really need details personally. Everyone here has been friendly and nice and I will continue to come here, especially because it's like 5 minutes from my home. I'd say the selection is pretty good too in my opinion. read more

So still having issues getting help here. Always will be a problem I guess. I waited patiently but then when it was my time the girl asked what I'm looking for, I said wax and she pointed me towards the shelf with it. Then continued to help someone else behind me and said I will come back once you're ready. So I had to get back in line right away because yes I knew where wax was but I had questions. So she continued to help the person behind me. He asked questions and everything just like I would. So idk what there doing here. Manager needs to get it together or get new employees all around. If you are able to go the distance, I would recommend Floyd's in Everett on Rucker. Always attentive and always willing to help everybody who comes through the door. Plus they even help make sure you get enough to get fully high. I was short $5 and they paid out of the tips for it for me. They are located on hwy 9 in lake stevens. They have new staff, however the new staff like the old ones are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have sales, which for me is a plus. They also have something like a punch card system using your phone number so you can accrue discounts that way as well. All in all one of my favorite dispensaries. read more

This is usually my go to place even though I struggle to find anyone with medical knowledge Recreation side is great. They refused to let my UK friend in. They said they couldn't prove his ID wasn't fake even though he is in his 40s. So we went elsewhere. I've stopped going recently with the change of daily specials. It was nicer when it was by the type of product vs the name. Now the usual stuff i get is all on different days. The drive was worth it when i could get everything I needed in 1 day. read more

The staff is always helpful and kind! Munchie Mondays are the days I come in for my edibles and they remember me every time. Some staff members are knowledgeable about the edibles I ask about and others (maybe 2 at most ) were honest and said that while they didn't care for a specific or have knowledge of a kid of edible - they always tell me what they do know. FALSE ADVERTISING. The Vault offers in-store pick up through Leafly.com. There it says "order online and save 20%". I placed an online order today and when I arrived at the store they would not honor the discount, they wanted full price. They said that discount had been removed "about 3 weeks ago". I told them they are still advertising the discount online. The MOD/PIC told me he wouldn't honor the discount, couldn't change the website, and I could use their in-store ATM (which charges an absurd transaction fee). This store is very clean, the staff is very nice and they try to be helpful, overall it has so much potential.... BUT... for the last two years or so I have consistently purchased between 300-600$ worth of product per month. Then after two years the product my wife and I loved suddenly disappeared. Normally I wouldn't blame a business for this but it turns out, this company orders through corporate headquarters... so someone at a desk, in front of a computer however many miles away chooses what product to re order for a store!? There is ZERO logic in this and on multiple occasions I've gone in and heard multiple people with the same complaint. It's a shame because this used to be an awesome store, now they never have the products they actually need for their customers and their workers are clearly frustrated at this. WORST MANAGER!!!! Cares more about making money than doing right but their customers!! I've been buying from them for 6 years, and every time I have purchased a cartridge the cashiers say " if anything happens to the cartridge keep your receipt and package and we will replace it". Well something happened with my cartridge and it broke. So when the employee called the manger to get approval for my replacement she said NO. She found a tiny little loophole to say no. I went back less than an hour after I purchased it and they told that since they won't get their money back from the vendor they won't replace it. She would rather me waste my money so they don't have to. She choose to care more about money. And keep in mind the cartridge was $18!!!! She cared more about making $18 than doing right by the customer and keeping their word to the policy they SAY to the customer. It was also suggested that I could buy a new one since they had a sale so I'd get a discount again. Ok so you just told me I'm wasting my money but then ask me to spend more of my money?!! What a joke!! They falsely advertise their return on policy when speaking to you and then won't own up to it or do what's right. After 6 years I won't be returning.
