We do all of our weekly grocery shopping at this location using Kroger Click List. This week, I sent the following to the store Manager: This week, Mary came to our car in seconds after our arrival. She brought our groceries to our car, greeted us cheerfully, and quickly and carefully loaded our groceries in the trunk. She then said, "Have a good day!" and we were on our way home within 3 minutes. Mary is exceptional, but all of our interactions with your employees on the Click List team are positive, welcoming, well trained, and the best you can ask for. We appreciate other corollaries to the Click List service: 1) We receive points that accumulate from our purchases each month. The points each month are able to reduce the price/gallon at any Kroger store. For us, the reduction is normally $1/gallon. That makes a lot of difference. 2) The "Kroger Pay" feature of the Kroger app allows you to conduct the transaction for paying for Kroger gas without having the pump read your credit card. In the Kroger app's "Kroger Pay" option, enter your credit card info, making it available for all your other gas purchases. The only steps necessary to use the app to buy gas at any Kroger store are: 1) Open the Kroger app and select "Kroger Pay" 2) Select "use at the pump" 3) Identify the pump# that you will dispense the gas from 4) Enter how many points you will use from past orWhy present month's accumulation 5) Begin pumping the gas 6) When you are finished, the app shows you how much you just spent on gas. Why is this important? In many places throughout the country, there are many gas pumps that are altered by thieves every day, attaching a small device at the location on the pump where you insert your credit card. When you enter the card into the slot, that skimmer device also reads the data on your credit card and transmits it back to the thief. Of course, when you see that your credit card is being charged by a thief, you have no choice but to assume that the card is inalterably compromised, and you have to destroy it and request a new card. Any of your monthly bills that are automatically charged on your credit must be redirected to the new card number, Expiration date, etc. Your bills will not get paid until you do this. You have to contact the credit card of the fraud, request that the fraudulent charges be reversed, wait for a week to get your new card, and then communicate with all the businesses that have the old card on file. Great shopping Center! You can get kroger pick up option, and drive thru chick fil a and not have to leave your car! If your willing to get out, the ramen place is fantastic, the daal at the tarka Indian kitchen is great and of course, so is ice cream at cold stone. We frequently visit this whole area, and are so glad it's here. read more

I've been to this area a few times; one being for a Yelp event, and I must say it's a nice little tucked away gem. Originally I stumbled upon this place after a a visit to my son's PCP for lunch. I had no clue it was even there! But glad I found it. There's a nice selection of restaurants like Mod Pizza, B Good, Coldstone Creamery, etc (I have individual reviews for those restaurants as as well), and the nearby Kroger is convenient also. A very nice variety at this Kroger location as it an HEB feel. Everyone was welcoming at all the businesses we visited and quite helpful. This is definitely a place for families to hang out and enjoy the option of dining outside or in with all your conveniences nearby. :D read more

This was a first of its kind for me. Our amazing Yelp team put together a food crawl at the Market at Springwoods Village for about 30 of us. Each of the restaurants set up an area with food, wine and/or dessert tastings for the group. Kroger - we checked in at Kroger who also offered us a tasting of cheese and and wines. This was the largest most extensive Kroger I have ever seen, several levels up from a Marketplace. Next was Chick-fil-A - they served fried tenders with a honey mustard sauce, a wrap sample (I didn't know they did this), cookies and lemonade. Carney Liquor - they offered red, white and rose wine tastings Edible Arrangements - they went all out - with at least a half dozen offerings, some plain fruit on a stick to chocolate dripped strawberries. Big Salad - they actually had some sandwiches for us - unexpected and very nice. Zoe's Kitchen - Loved the offerings they had and several folks voted their chocolate chip cookies the best Tarka - they had a samosa and mango drink nicely arranged Mod Pizza - the least appealing of the night - cheese only or a pepperoni option B Good - a new restaurant to Texas, the only one in the state, wholesome and wellness type of foods but you can get a juicy burger here as well. Their kale shake has to be tasted to be believed, it was refreshing and filling and we only had a small taste. An entire shake would be a very filling meal. Cold Stone Creamery - they let us taste practically anything we wanted and put the YELPer's first. A wonderful evening - thanks to Farrah and the rest of YELP team, job well done. read more

This is the worst Kroger if you want to use any coupons. The cashiers and even customer service need more training on the difference between a manufacture coupon and a store coupon. I am not an extreme couponer, just someone that wants to save a little money for my family when I can. I was treated so rudely and made to feel I was committing a crime...I will not be back to this Kroger. read more
