Very helpful and not pushy at all. She was able to show us some of the floor models in other colors as well. We went on a Saturday and she said they could deliver as early as Monday, which is unheard of at these times. We said we would look at other places and come back. We later decided we trusted her and liked her style as well as the fact that they can deliver so quickly. They delivered just as promised. They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. Upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed there was a 1" long dent on the desk top edge. I called Cypress and they immediately delivered a new one out and picked up the damaged one. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

However, this newly built Walmart in the Bridgeland Community took me by complete surprise--in the best way possible. The store is immaculately clean, well-organized, and refreshingly calm. Even more shocking? The customer service was outstanding--friendly, helpful, and attentive. That's a rare experience at Walmart, where I've come to expect grumpy or disengaged employees. Because of those past experiences, I typically steer clear of the brand altogether, but this location made me rethink that. Shopping here was peaceful and stress-free. I didn't have to dodge massive crowds or navigate cluttered aisles. It honestly made me fall a little in love with this store. That said, I'm realistic--this atmosphere probably won't last long. But this location she said for now she would come and by herself. All I can say is WOW. The customer service is impeccable. The store is clean and organized. If all Walmart were like this I would shop at them more often. I will make the drive back to Cypress to go to this location.
