We later decided we trusted her and liked her style as well as the fact that they can deliver so quickly. They delivered just as promised. They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

However, this newly built Walmart in the Bridgeland Community took me by complete surprise--in the best way possible. The store is immaculately clean, well-organized, and refreshingly calm. Even more shocking? The customer service was outstanding--friendly, helpful, and attentive. That's a rare experience at Walmart, where I've come to expect grumpy or disengaged employees.
