If it was one staff member I'd write it off as a quirk, but the tattooed lady is just flat out rude. There is just a dirty vibe to the place in my mind now and I won't be able to go there. If they are willing to act like this to my face you can guarantee the bathrooms and facilities are given the minimum standards and probably not even that. I won't give them any business not until staff keeps it to themselves, they don't have to act happy, smile or make small talk, but they do have to avoid judgemental attitudes, visible dramatic displays of frustration over minor "inconveniences" or just find other work that doesn't Involve customer service.
