I've continued to book regularly--even through recent price increases--because I valued the quality of care from my masseuse. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with their policies and customer service have left me deeply disappointed. A few months ago, I had to cancel an appointment last minute due to a true emergency--my dog needed to be taken to the ER. I was visibly upset and explained the situation over the phone, yet I was met with a complete lack of empathy and still charged the full $100 cancellation fee. I was told this was to respect the therapist's time, which, while understandable in principle, felt incredibly harsh given the circumstances. Fast forward to today, and the double standard became impossible to ignore. I received a call just one hour before my scheduled appointment--an appointment I had booked nearly a month in advance--informing me that my therapist would not be coming in. There was no real apology, no meaningful effort to accommodate me, and no compensation beyond a vague offer to "try to fit me in" later that week. When I followed up with management, the experience only worsened. After waiting hours for a call back, I finally spoke with Terri Lynn, who is now the manager. She was dismissive and argumentative, and the interaction felt completely unproductive. Instead of acknowledging the situation or working toward a solution, she incorrectly claimed I had a history of canceling appointments and offered a small 20% discount for a future visit--something that did not begin to address the inconvenience or frustration I experienced. This was especially disappointing because in the past, Rebekah--who used to handle these kinds of situations--was always kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. The contrast in customer service is noticeable and unfortunate. Between the strict and inflexible cancellation policy for clients, the lack of accountability when the studio cancels on customers, rising prices, and consistently poor customer service, I no longer feel valued as a long-term client. It's disappointing to walk away after years of loyalty, but I'll be finding a spa that treats its clients with more empathy, respect, and consistency. A little bit of understanding and good customer service goes a long way--and unfortunately, that's been completely lacking here. read more

This place is absolutely fantastic. I love the variety of therapists that you can choose from and the price point is excellent for the service provided. This is a small unassuming place but very calm and relaxing. I feel like every time I leave there a few years have been taken off for me. I try to go once a month but it doesn't always work out they do have a really great yearly payment option that offers some perks but until I can figure out how often I can go I will probably just book as needed. You can call or do it online. The staff is very friendly and there's lots of add-ons you can apply to your treatment, like hot stones, they also do facials which I have yet to try but I'm looking forward to. Received only 45 minutes though was charged for 60 minute massage??? For a first time customer? Not an inexpensive treatment - about double what I would pay for a 60 minute massage at other spas! (that offer discounts for HAAM - Health Alliance for Austin Musician members and military families) Was blessed with a rare day off- so made self care priority. As an educator, I usually look for discounted massages- though was just happy to get a last minute treatment for some relief--( my neck bothered me after I had not slept well- ) it was first time booking, I was NOT told to come in early to fill out paperwork- so my massage was only 45 minutes. (?) I was told the therapist only had time for this? Had I been told, I would have come early rather than miss 15 minutes of my massage! With that said, the place is nice and Lisa's treatment was healing /nurturing. Did not feel that I could tip the therapist fairly, being that I was short-changed-myself! I saw Katlyn to have my brows tinted and waxed as they are very light and I don't like makeup. I also have an issue with patches of dry skin around my brows which can pick up the tint. She was able to go over the dry areas to remove stain. She gave me an exfoliant to remove the dry patches along with an omega 6 oil to moisturize. She also had some good recommendations for making my brows look fuller. I got so much more than I expected. Katlyn spent a lot of time with me. I was depending on her expertise but she wanted me to be satisfied with the results. I was most definitely impressed with Katlyn and will be recommending her to all my friends interested in the same procedure. read more

This is such a beautiful space, calm and serene. Customer service is excellent. Love that I am able to get appointments with the same massage therapist, Josh, who is friendly and professional. I always leave feeling better and more relaxed and with the stiffness and knots in my neck and shoulders much improved. I've truly never felt better after a single massage! I also had cupping done for the first time. I went in for lower back pain I've been experiencing and knew I had LOTS of tension in my traps/neck/etc. Krystal Norsworthy (the owner) worked on me and she WORKED HER MAGIC! Holy cow y'all! I immediately was up and walking better than the day before! She educated me throughout the session (as I wanted) and really made sure my problem was being fixed to where one day it won't be a problem anymore! She truly cares about her clients and they aren't just another number to her. I called and asked who would be good for deep / sport massage and the front desk recommended Russell. DO NOT GET RUSSELL. He was the laziest massage therapist ever. I booked for 90 mins. He took his time to get things started. All he did was RUB my neck, upper back, arms, and legs. I told him my neck and upper back were super tight and go as hard as you can. Then he asked if I'd like to do cupping instead. I said no, I wanted a deep massage. He said OK. He spent a little more time on my upper back and neck, but all he freaking did was rubbing! He only went two rounds on my legs and arms. He didn't even do my lower back. He kept stopping every 3-5 mins to ask me "are you comfortable?" or "relax" over and over again. It was so annoying. I know I could've said something but I kept waiting and thought maybe the rubbing part was just a warm up. Everything he did was lackluster and did as little as possible. read more

I tried the infrared sauna yesterday and it was amazing. I wasn't really sure about it at first but I'm in love now. It really helped me relax before my massage. Since it isn't a steam sauna, it's a dry heat, I didn't feel overwhelmed with thick moist air leaving me drenched and making it hard to breath. I'd also had a pretty bad sinus headache for few days beforehand due to a lingering cold and it was gone after the sauna and massage. I highly recommend that everyone try it! read more
