I found them on the InBody scan website for facilities near me that have a machine that would give me the results I need to send to my physician. That said it cost $100 for one scan but they ran a deal where I could get 2 for $150 which was great because obviously I need a follow up to see my progress. The place is great and the staff is sweet but the Physician popped by to introduce herself and let me know more of what they do. Any way I've never been on an InBody scanner and it's very similar to a scale you step on. You have to step on bare foot. As you stand very still while not talking, you hold these arm handles by your side and the machine take like two minutes to scan and you're done. You get a report that the office staff take you in a room to go over with you. I got see how much weight I need to lose, my visceral fat, my muscle mass and bone density. How much calories my body currently needs, therefore being able to establish what my deficit would need to be if I'm to lose weight. It told me if I was getting adequate water intake and a ton of other info. This was just a few minutes from my house so I feel lucky to have found it.

I went here for a post-op lymphatic massage after recent liposuction and Morpheus8 treatment…read more Unfortunately, the massage felt much more aggressive than the gentle lymphatic drainage I was expecting for freshly treated surgical areas. The pressure used on my hips, thighs, and glute area felt too strong for my stage of recovery, and I left feeling physically uncomfortable afterward. I have had lymphatic massages before, and this experience felt very different. The owner did refund my session after I shared my concerns, which I appreciated. I would still encourage post-op clients to clearly discuss pressure level and experience with surgical recovery before booking. I personally would not return for post-op lymphatic massage, and I would encourage others recovering from surgery to ask detailed questions beforehand.
