When I texted her about it she said she would initiate a refund but ten days later it hadn't gone through so I had to go through my bank. She did not respond to messages. A month later I was charged again, a higher amount. She would not respond to messages. My hair dresser is also in Sola Salons and said that she has been doing that to at least a dozen people and hasn't been seen on the property in over a month.
