He asked us to prep the door which we did. All he had to do was his job and stain it. Je was given as much time as needed but after weeks When reached via phone and text he kept giving excuses and then finally we received no response at all. Extremely disappointed and can't understand how someone would ruin whatever little bit of a reputation they have left by not completing or at very minimum doing a competent job that they were paid in full for. This was a significant painting project with a need for exacting high standards required. I am extremely happy to announce that out of all of the sub-contractors that we used on this large project, the Wood Doctor, Inc. was the most professional, qualified, pleasant and willing to go that "extra-mile" to satisfy their client. They offer a three year guarantee on all of their work and are very happy to return and repair any "nicks and scratches" that occur during the move-in period. They also did some custom stain work for me on a custom piece of furniture that arrived stained the WRONG colour. After they worked their "magic", they turned a lemon into lemon aid by getting the new stain to be perfect to the original colour selected.
