Your garage floor must be out of business although I receive emails saying they are not. I'm reading some of the comments now and wish that I had prior to them doing our floor a few months ago. The coating is failing and the warranty means 0 to this company. After at least 20 calls, texts and messages nothing is being done. Nor Do I think anything will be done. It looks like were going to be out $2000.00+ and must hire someone else to fix it, What a shame they are not responsive. Don't hire them if you even ever hear from them. read more

This company did a fairly nice job laying my epoxy garage floor. I do have a quality issue which had arisen and for 3 months I have been contacting them to honor their guarantee and please fix the blisters that have appeared in the floor. They schedule appointment and don't show and then I get nothing but a run around. I have spoken to 3 different people there and they all say they want to me help me but that is as far as it goes. They're just waiting for me to throw up my hands and go away. Avoid this company. read more

Company only use PO box in post office in Lee county, Florida, which is likely closed or vacant . So called "Your garage floor " operates under legal name Enthusiast Home Services, LLC located at 8051 N.Tamiami Trail, Suite E6, Sarasota, Fl 34243. This address is the central hub for the company's activities and communications in southwest Florida. Owner and manager is Michael Okhravi. He oversees everything Registered agent for that company : Cindy's Florida LLC at the same address. Registered agent name: Cynthia Davies , at the same address. Company License # CGC1522976 email: mikeokhravi@gmail.com Better business bureau(BBB) Florida advised me to file fraud report with Florida Attorney general , FTC bureau of consumer protection and DBPR license for legal investigation and get my money back. If you are over age of 60, there are additional penalties for senior fraud. The Huntington National bank recently filed real property- repossession lawsuit against defendants Enthusiast Home Services LLC and Michael Ghanbar Okhravi in Sarasota county courthouse on 12/04/2025. BUYER BEWARE! So the installation was a great. HOWEVER, THE SERVICE AFTER HAS BEEN DISMAL; ACTUALLY IT HAS BEEN NON-EXISTENT. THE NEW OWNER IS NOT RESPONDING TO OUR NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO GET HIM TO HONOR THE WRITTEN CONTRACT WE HAVE. We contacted them within a year of having the floor installed and unfortunately, the new owner has NOT honored the contract. We contacted them because the floor was discolored, which the contract clearly stated would not occur. He said he would respond but asked us to be patient because he was very busy. We agreed. And then nothing. We have tried numerous times to get him to respond and nothing! I would choose a company that stands behind their work. And this is NOT one of them. We know many people who have epoxy garage floors and this has not occured. This happened in both garages and it is obvious that the epoxy is defective. read more

After Hurricane Ian, we needed to fix our garage floor from flood damage. These guys were professional and courterous and did a fantastic job and worked quickly. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted within two days and scheduled for the following week for a Sales rep to come out. Their price is fair, middle of the road based on my online research. Installation of our 2.5 garage took two days (one half day for the initial epoxy and flakes and one half day for the top coat) and now our garage looks better than it ever did! After doing research and obtaining several quotes we decided to let Your Garage Floor do the job of stripping the floor and refinishing it with epoxy. Happily it was the right decision. The floor came out so perfect I don't know if I want to park my cars on it! The two technicians were so detail oriented they left no area less than perfect. While there are many outfits that offer to do the same work, you've got to be careful and not just go by price. My quote was not the lowest, nor the highest.
