Wallpaper installer left the job in January 20 but has never returned even after many promises to do so. I paid for $35,000 in rugs that have never been delivered! Think twice before you are lured into this company by the owner's promises. Not quality and honesty here. How lame is that the rave reviews above include two of the owner's children. All phoney!

David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. After the repair, the pavers began to separate almost immediately the company continuously. Blames the homeowner for the Pavers separating instead of taking accountability for their poor installation. They came out again last week. I'm attaching the videos below. On the same day, they supposedly repaired the driveways. The pavers were moving as you walk on them already had half an inch gaps in between them. This company is not using the cement barriers that they are supposed to use to install the pavers, they have horrible communication. I was told on Friday that somebody would be coming to my home to repair the poor installations. Nobody ever showed up, of course when I called today and spoke with Betty. She was incredibly rude and told me she was on lunch and can't deal with this at the moment she told me to call Lenar if I want an update. This has horrible craftsmanship, disrespectful office, representatives, and poor communication. Save yourself the trouble and money of hiring these people.

I've blocked their number and they'll use different numbers to call. Christine and another gentleman constantly call and it's becoming a harassment. Please check your customers information and stop calling people who have not had any business with you. If they do not respond, or have asked you to stop calling the number, at least do that that much courtesy of removing the number from your system.
