The service team will take pictures of the house the moment they arrive and report any damages left by my guests. And then follow up with post-cleaning pictures to ensure my airbnb is ready for the next set of guests to check in. The team is very thorough from the get-go, they'll send you a questionnaire about how the house is setup from accessing the storage room to how you would like it to be set up for each cleaning, such as how many toilet paper rolls to leave out for guests, or tide pods, etc. Whether you doing a move-in/move-out cleaning or routine vacation rental cleaning in the south florida area, this is the service I'd pick and recommend to others.

Andrew did confirm the appointment the day prior, but he NEVER LET ME KNOW...Then another cleaning lady showed up at 8:30AM telling me Jenny was gone. LACK OF COMMUNICATION LEADS ME TO A 3-STAR REVIEW Jenny was not only an amazing cleaner.. She was sweet and kind and very good energy. I am bummed to have lost her in my life.
