If that wasn't bad enough some of the stuff was missing. We picked this pallet because of the stuff on top appeared to bebin good shape but 3 of the tools were not in the box. They purposely sent us up to their dirty little store so they could take the good stuff and replace it with junk. I have tried contacting them to see how we can fix this but they wont speak to me at all and when I saw them in Walmart they hurried away. Instead of trying to resolve the situation like any good business would they blocked me. They might say that you take a risk when you buy a pallet of returns well I have bought pallets before and yes you might get a couple broken things but you never get a whole pallet of broken things so dont let them fool you too. They don't "pick over" the pallets unless the tag says "salvage on it" the pallet you get is exactly how they got it. Salvage pallets are when they combine smaller pallets together. Eric is very open and honest- he even tells new folks to not gamble money on pallets if they can't afford to lose money. Oh, and there are signs all over that tell you this info along with the fact that all sales are final. Just because you don't read/comprehend isn't the stores fault.

Finally I got through to a Jessy and was met with the nastiest attitude of "well there's nothing we can do now maam" I ended up having to dispute the charge off my card in the end between being dodged by them and their disgusting attitude.
