A wonderful lady named Shari assisted me with getting a replacement part and after some picture exchanges she was able to send me a new one. I expected to pay for the new part but since we were only a year out of electrical warranty, she didn't charge me, which was gracefully appreciated. Even the purchase of these quality furniture pieces were a breeze in 2019. It was and still is wonderful to see a business like this taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend Donna's Interiors for your next furniture purchase.

I used the chair in my home for two months when the fabric began loosening up & a couple other things were not right with the chair..... So the good part of the story is that Donna's sent their repairmen out right away to see if they could remedy the problems. When the repairmen could not fix the problems, I was offered to return the chair & receive a full refund, which I did! What amazing service I received from Donna's Interiors!! How wonderful that in this day & age, there are still honest companies with integrity, who stand behind their product! I will shop there again & send friends & family there too!

They have furniture at all price levels and ranges. I went and measured 4 times and each time the sales person was exceptionally helpful. The decision was made and with the final measurement confidently in hand I looked online to price match. Style-house beat everyone by a mile, they have high name brands and also have pieces for all budgets that look beautiful. Couches arrived early and were put together exactly where I wanted them. They offered to take away my old set but Id already gotten rid of them, what a welcome surprise to have the couches set up w no issues what so ever. Style-House has been on the central coast for decades. My joy lead my mom to ordering a custom couch that was still less than anything we saw online or in town.     The worst customer service of any furniture company that I have ever dealt with. I don't want to…read morecompletely demonize this company, however I am going to tell you an exacting detail what has occurred. My wife and I bought loveseat recliner from couch potato late 2019. We selected the couch based on recommendations from the salesperson on how sturdy and awesome this recliner is and that each item is made to order. It did not disappoint however one of the seams came undone. This is not the fault of couch potato however they sold the product and guaranteed the product so they assumed liability to fix the product. They collected my couch earlier this year to have it sent to an upholsterer and fixed. It is now nearly May and we have gotten the runaround week after week with a myriad of excuses every time you say something the first line of defense is because of covid. Then it was the upholsterers fault, people quitting in the warehouse, and various other excuses They have probably the worst communication skills between employees that I've experienced I could not imagine running a company with such poor communication in and among the staff They gave me the most uncomfortable replacement couch that they are replacing today with another replacement couch because it's been months and they can't give me a clear and or honest reason why it's taking so long as I said they have a myriad of excuses between covid and shipping and all sorts of ridiculous excuses at this point I could with no good conscience recommend anybody using this company for their furniture needs unless horrible customer service is your goal then they're spot on

Kaleb and Patrick were courteous and professional in the challenging job of removing the old furniture and setting up the new. I would be happy to shop there again!

    After this review, and the fact that Ashley was telling me they were refusing to cancel our…read moreagreement (which was actually illegal since THEY breached our agreement by promising me furniture within a time frame they obviously know they cannot deliver), I STILL tried to work with them. They cancelled the guest room sleeper sofa order, as by this time, I had already ordered another and had it in my house from Amazon. (An awesome one I might add) The manager promised (I will try to add the e-mail to the pictures) that I would have a delivery date by 2/14, and if not, I would receive a phone call. February came and went with not one word from Ashley furniture. MARCH 17th rolls around, and I get a random phone call from a guy I have never talked to at Ashley. My furniture is in! When do I want them to deliver it? I said, "Um, never." You breached your contract so many times I will not accept this furniture any longer. 5 months. That's how long it took for someone to call me with actual furniture to put in my house. I'm not sure about you, but when I sign a contract that says 4-6 weeks and I am told it is an estimate and that could be "a little" late, I think that means 1-3 weeks TOPS. NOT 5 MONTHS. So for now, I am sticking with my old, paid for furniture. And next time I shop, I will be a much wiser consumer.

    I will start by saying that I read most of the reviews for several Ashley Furniture locations…read morebefore shopping there. Most of the complaints I read are the same thing I dealt with. I read the reviews and went there anyway, so I'm a dumbass. We learned upon arriving at the store that it is only an outlet. Everything you buy, with the exception of discontinued floor models, has not been manufactured yet. So the only plus is that you get EXACTLY what you want. You won't be compromising for what's on the sales floor. On the other hand nothing has been made yet, so they will tell you that it will take 4-8 weeks for delivery. So if you're trying to fill a new house, don't shop here. That said we picked out a dresser and entertainment center that we liked and made the order. They, of course, informed us that it would take 4-8 weeks and we would receive regular phone calls keeping us up to date on our order. From week 4 to week 8 we did indeed receive phone calls. It was always the same, "We're on track to deliver your items", but never any mention of WHEN they'd be delivering. After week 8 we no longer received any phone calls. I had to call THEM every couple of days to get the status, which of course they had no idea what the status was. We'd get promises to call us back with information which usually ended with me calling THEM after waiting a day or two after when they'd promised to call. Finally at week TEN we are told that our items are on a truck and would be expected to arrive that Friday with a potential delivery the following week. During the next week though we received NO PHONE CALLS. At the end of that week however we get another phone call that our items have been received and would be out for delivery the following Tuesday. The items showed up on time. However one of the knobs on the entertainment center was so badly cross threaded that the head of the screw was completely stripped out. I don't know if this was done by the guy who assembled this or back at the factory. But it comes down to this, if it's not going on right...don't force it. The delivery guy got the knob off, found another screw, and proceeded to get it cross threaded even worse than the first try. After the phillips head was severely ground out and there was no way to get the knob off again he gave up. Currently I am awaiting a phone call from a "technician" to schedule a time to come out and replace the knob. I was promised a call by 12pm. It is currently 12:25pm. The saga continues. The furniture that we bought is manufactured in Clayton, CA. That's southern CA. It took over 10 weeks to build two pieces of furniture and deliver it to a location five hours away. I'm not very impressed, and I won't be buying from them again. In the future I'll just resort to compromising with what's on the sales floor....somewhere else.

Terrible customer service…read more We went to the store looking for a large Ashley furniture item, salesman helped us find what we looking for, and we purchased it. While loading the item, store staff discovered an essential part was missing, they ordered the part saying it would be 2 weeks but no longer than 4 weeks. At 4 weeks I stopped in the store since I had not heard anything. I was told they would call me back the next business day, no call came. After several phone calls that I made (never called by store), I was told the part had been shipped and it should arrive in less than two weeks. After another two weeks I still had not heard anything, messages left at the store went unanswered, and when I did speak to someone I was told someone would call me back by the end of the day. No calls came. This pattern of contacts and calls continued for several more weeks. 12 weeks after purchase I gave up. I loaded the Ashley furniture item still missing the essential part for assembly in my truck at went to the store for a refund. I was directed to the store manager who told me she was not authorized to take returns or make refunds and offered me in store credit. A MANAGER NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR MAKE REFUNDS?? REALLY?? I was also told for the first time the part was back ordered, and they did not know how long it would be until it arrived. I was shocked they would not refund my money since the store had not provided what they sold me, and I had been politely waiting for 3 months. AFTER 1HOUR of arguing the only option was to refund my money and the manager refusing, I finally got a refund. The manger stated in a very dishonest way "As I said before, I can give you a in store credit, or refund your money" I purchased a similar Ashley furniture item online from a unrelated store and received in 2 weeks. NOTE: Grande Estate Furniture site is also wearhouse and call center for Ashley Home Furniture in Santa Maria and is under same ownership, while standing at there office/call center over heard many calls from frustrated and dissatisfied customers from both stores.
