    90 proof band playing !

Absolutely such a wonderful atmosphere especially the bands . This band was awesome and they usually have more great bands on the weekend . The food is very good and the staff is very friendly . The building is always clean as well.

I'll start by saying that for this to be a sports bar the food is surprisingly good! Bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. We usually go on Tuesdays for Karaoke night, it's a lot of fun!

I came for a comedy show and truly enjoyed myself. The service was great. The food came out quickly without a long wait. The food was also served hot. Everything was reasonably priced. We had the wings and curly fries and they were delicious. I would recommend coming here for another event or just to hang out.

We went to check out a band we had heard about - it was rocking and beers were cold! We will be back!

New spot in Carrolton/Lewisville area. Their tables still reek of fresh paint. Place is an open concept. It has the feel of typical suburban bar. Nothing too crazy. As you enter, you'll see their bar area straight ahead and by the entrance to your right is the stage area. Decor is pretty neat if you like Texas. All flags hanging are only Texas teams, from college to professionals. The paint color on the wall is all about Texas as well. I didn't get a chance to look at the menu to see what they have. I might have to come back for that. The place is lively maybe because of the band and their following. Service is very prompt. I saw 2 ladies waiting tables, 2 bartenders, 1 doorman/bus boy(he was hustling empty glasses in between checking ID's lol (that's how open the place is) All in all, I had a good time and like I said I would comeback for their food.

Just went a few days ago with some friends. I had the Thai Bbq wings and onion rings. They were awesome. The rings had just a tiny bit of spice. My wife had the burger with Jalapenos and avocados. The jalapenos were fresh and very hot. We also had the bacon wrapped Jalapenos also very hot and spinach and artichoke dip. They have a lot of beers on tape and some specialty drinks. About 6 variations of the mule. There was a live band that was pretty good and the service was great

If you're driving east on Trinity Mills, or south on Midway, it will be on your right. Love the light fixtures, the sports they were showing and the super friendly girl named Sierra who greeted us when we arrived. Sierra answered our questions, to the best of her ability (the place was new to her, too) and did her best to keep us happy. As part of the soft opening, we were served the $10.99 Classic BLT Burgers, which according to the menu, comes with fries. But, we were told that we would need to pay for fries. Okay, $4.99 for side orders of fries was okay. Strange that our Classic BLT Burgers came with a bun although the newly printed menu said it has Texas Toast. I was confused about the difference between the Classic BLT and the Cave Man Burger. The menu shows it priced at $15.99, with a brioche bun and and onion straws but it doesn't come with fries. I would be reluctant to order the Cave Man. While we were waiting for our order, Sierra offered us a beer on the house. We gladly accepted a couple of Dos Equis. This brew paired well with our entrées. The burgers arrived and they looked pretty good. The burger patty pretty much filled the bun, but it didn't look fresh. More like pre-made and pre-frozen? As I mentioned before, there was no Texas Toast. Rather, a bun. I did notice a crunch when I bit down. Was the bun toasted? No. Was it the crisp lettuce? No. How about the bacon. No, it was the well done hamburger patty. I hope the chef learns quickly, how to properly cook a hamburger. The fries were pretty good, but I asked for them to be crispy. They weren't.

It definitely blows typical bar food out of the water; it's evident that the owners have restaurant and service industry experience because every little detail has been thought of. The special thing is they have a wall where you pick your own beer, cider and wine(?) that you activate with your wristband and are charged per ounce. I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.

Whether you're there for games, tournaments, or training sessions, the environment feels well-run and family-friendly. The layout makes it easy to navigate, and there's plenty of space for both players and spectators, which makes events much more comfortable compared to many other local venues. The courts/fields are well-maintained and the facility gives off a professional feel without being intimidating. Staff is generally helpful and keeps things running on schedule, which is especially important during busy tournament weekends. Parking and access are also relatively smooth, even when multiple events are happening at once. Overall, it's a solid venue that balances competitive sports energy with a clean, well-managed environment. Great spot for both athletes and families spending the day watching games.

I chose a great day to visit due to the fact it's opening day for the World Cup. The Colony location provided a great atmosphere and opportunity to cheer on Mexico defeating South Africa 2-0. The crowd definitely heavily favored Mexico. The place was packed a testimony to the quality service you will receive there. My server was Madelynn and she couldn't have been better. I wanted to get in early to get a spot since I'm visiting from Florida. I wasn't sure how quickly it would fill up. Madelynn was exceptional and very attentive. She made great recommendations and told me about their Dos Equis contest. I drank a few to help out her sales. I never had to ask for anything and her menu knowledge was great. She's got a spectacular look and should be a great brand ambassador for the company. I recently purchased a Rowdy Cowboy 2026 calendar on this trip and hope to see her in next years edition. She's going to be a great promotional girl. Thank you Michael J Beal Clearwater, Florida

Rowdy Cowboy is a sports bar/restaurant in The Colony known for its great service and atmosphere…read more This is the second location in North Texas, and while the service was similar as the OG in Grapevine, it's not as great of an experience. My Overall Rating - 2 1/2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food); 5 Stars if all you care about is the service. Atmosphere - The design is almost identical to the OG location in Grapevine. There's a large bar in the middle of the restaurant (sit here for the best service). There's even a lit "SADDLE UP" sign on the wall. But The Colony location didn't seem to be as packed as Grapevine, but it was still full of good vibes. 1 Star Service - The service at Rowdy Cowboy is legendary. If you (or a good friend) have chosen to eat here, then you know the service is amazing. If you sit at the bar, your bartender is your server. I've sat at the bar and at a table, and IMO the service at the bar is the best. 1 Star. Food - On this visit, I decided to order the daily special "Medallion Mondays". The description was a steak medallion with sides. Unfortunately, it was a very small portion. Now, it was perfectly grilled and very tender, it was just small. It wasn't enough to satisfy me, so I ordered ice cream for dessert. Thank goodness, this saved my lunch, because the simple vanilla ice cream was served with fried cinnamon chips that would make the State Fair of Texas vendors nervous. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - No. Rowdy Cowboy in The Colony is like 2/3rds of the OG. 2/3 the atmosphere, 2/3 the service, 2/3 the portion sides, etc. I'd rather go back to the Grapevine location.
