Extremely frustrated, I'm an extremely professional person that's only trying to survive in this world of judicial crime of legal thievery! Jeff Miller was not effective in a court room, at negotiating our terms with opposition, had zero follow through, nor was he empathetic to his client. He did not have knowledge of Nevada law, did not have a plan or strategy, he did not explain the outcomes of any court hearings, nor the results of them. The minute I expected answers for these issues he dropped us mid-case. His office staff was not competent either. We had a court date scheduled and was not notified that it was canceled. We drove 3 1/2 hours to find out he was not there and our hearing was postponed. His law office also nickel-and-dimed us, charging us per picture in an email sent to opposition. We are completely unhappy with Miller Law and Jeff Miller.

One star is 5 to many of his quality!…read more One of the worst lawyers I've ever dealt with! I wanted my day in court to impeach the Officer's statement. He told me that he would do his best, what a joke. He put in a guilty plea on ticket without telling me and the only way I found out, was a letter from the court saying a warrant was being put out for my arrest for non payment. And by the time I received the letter it was past the time period to appeal. He even tried to charge me another $250 after we had made the original agreement. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Their office took several weeks to file anything. They caved to everything the opposing attorney said without even consulting their client. The paralegal is the one who did everything with the case and when she drafted up court documents we had to go through and rewrite them because of the lack of knowledge about the case as well as a slew of grammatical errors. After a year and a half of fighting this child custody case we haven't made any progress at all.
