I did not feel pressured. We ended up getting a fabulous rate for a 20 year at 3.5. Because we had over 40% in equity, over $1,000 in fees was waived. We didn't have to go anywhere to sign papers. A notary came to our home in Seattle. Very easy and no nonsense. Our mortgage was sold to U.S. Bank and we have been very pleased with them as servicers.

We contacted this group because we…read morewere finally ready to buy a home, Rick requested check stubs from me and my son, a couple days later he tells us we are good to go start looking, We spent a month looking and finally found the perfect home and deal, The seller MUST close on 05/21/2024 so they can close on there new home on 05/23/2024, We paid for the inspection and appraisal and everything was going great, A week before closing we get a email from them saying after reviewing your sons check stubs it doesn't seem he gets paid by hourly wage, (he gets paid by milage) he's a CDL truck driver. because he doesn't have 2 years of getting paid by milage they denied the loan. He had my sons check stubs for 2 months and didn't notice this until a 2 weeks before closing, This was the second crucial error he made during the process. The first one was going to cost us additional $9500. So now the sellers cant close on there new house because we had to cancel on them, that was the worst part of this whole thing, I feel soooo bad.. Losing the $1100 from the inspection/appraisal was bad enough, This company effected so many lives with this and none of it is good. DO NOT USE this funding group.
