I was lured to Brad Loans with an add of 8.99% on owner occupied rates. He got me to sign the loan at 13% + points, then in a 200 page loan documents he added 30% rate if the payment is late, and he let me go late. Originally I got a loan for 275k, paid over $160,000 in interest in 3 years. He let me go delinquent and then added another $35,000 in late fees and signed a new loan in September 2025. Fraudulently He added $55,000 in late fees instead of $35,000 agreed upon, and added one of my other property as a guarantee in September 2025 WITH OUT MY CONCENT. He is charging compounding interest to a tune of over 50%. He agreed on April 17, 2026 to accepting $95,000 additional late fees on a $275,000 loan in 3 years and allow me 90 days to pay off the loan. He forclosed on both my properties with in 45 days. I am going to court and asking for a Quiet title and my property back. I am looking for all other victims of his fraud to file a class action law suit. I have filed complaint with AZ attorney general, Pinal county attorneys office. I am going to all the consumer advocates and activist to help me getting my property back. Brad Gilbertson is a 21st century usery sharks with no heart looking to rob hard working people. He has forclosed on my primary residence and asking me to vacate the property.
