He did a good job of answering our questions, and we were able to get a reduction in the down payment and a $500 price reduction for being a returning customer. However, when the time came to sign the final paperwork, Adrian had to work with another customer, so he sent Bob to complete the paperwork with us. Bob, however, was very pushy and unwilling to answer our questions, sometimes presenting papers to us saying they were about something in particular, when they really were about a couple of other things as well. He seemed annoyed when my wife wanted to check things over in the paperwork to make sure that we knew what we were signing and could agree to it. At first he didn't want to tell us about the hidden GPS system that is put in all their cars in case you are delinquent on your payments. He also implied that people who come in to have things checked out in the first fifteen days could get charged a diagnostic fee and a labor fee if it turned out the mechanics didn't find a problem, saying that some people bring their cars in to be checked out for what he considered to be trivial reasons. So the final paperwork process was by far the worst part of our car-buying experience. Shortly after we bought the car, an issue did come up, and we brought it in to service, and everything went fine. So, once again, we have what seems so far like a good car, and while the car-buying experience there was mostly a good one, I must say that the final paperwork process with Bob was not satisfactory.

This was many years ago now but I was desperate for a car having just moved to Gilbert. Something under the hood of the car rattled from about 15 minutes of buying it (as soon as I got on the freeway) until I traded it in 6 years ago. I made it through all the payments somehow. Please realize that every 2 weeks means sometimes having 3 payments in one month. The cars are all crap. The only good thing is they worked with me in my circumstances and I had a car to go to work in but I was probably better off not getting one. Just say no!!!

We had less than perfect credit; we had a lot of challenges- no repos, but other credit challenges. They worked with us. However we did 0 research on the car, and we realized too late that they priced the car extremely high. especially with the amount of miles that came on it. we were so desperate to get a vehicle because we had a new born son and we needed transportation however being a new family who was tight on money it's absolutely upsetting to learn that the car place took advantage of our lack of experience. From the moment we walked in they set the tone that we would be lucky to get approved and unfortunately for us that sales trick got us. Looking back we had no repos so we prob could have gone elsewhere but we just had a baby and we literally had to take an uber to the car lot. I am kicking myself for not having done our research.. so far the car has been pretty good for us- no issues beyond the tire pressure sensor needing to be replaced when we bought the car. another frustrating thing is this car place doesn't put 1/2 coolant 1/2 water- they save money by putting less coolant in. Kinda crappy to do to customers in this heat because they will have to do a coolant flush especially with summers here in AZ- if they want to keep their AC working in tip top shape. Having a baby i'm kicking myself for not choosing a better car with back AC vents but that's on me not the car company: I just wish the car company maybe thought about back AC vents for me.. So down payments are ridiculous there we had to put like 1k down on a 7,500 car so that kinda sucked, other car dealerships only require $500 down on that size loan. The financial aspect is what is the most frustrating for us, but there are some good points. We are making BMW size payments for this car- it feels like. Having bad credit sucks....compared to family members who have great credit my car payments are close to theirs and I am driving a significantly crappier car. My advice is buy a cheap car outright and pay off whatever crap is bringing down your credit score because paying $400 a month for ford escape hurts... In addition to the steep interest the thing I hate the most is the ridiculous convenience fees... This company takes total advantage of people in that area and routinely will take off my auto pay in order to make me have to pay a $12 convenience fee. Like right now somehow I owe them $20 in late fees but I can't get my account manager to respond to the text threads anymore. He was up until I started sending screen shots of my bank account showing that I made the entire payment- on their end it shows me only paying $182 however it's auto pay and I clearly show payment of $192. So I'm having to stay on this because I started getting harassed by them saying that i'm 11 days late , ok, how? what's the balance? they respond with $20.... and mind you i'm getting like very threatening messages like pay this today or risk next steps... Crazy talk because I have no clue how I am behind $20 and I can't get anyone on the phone to explain it to me, now my next payment is due on Friday this week- and they have stopped replying via text message and send me to vm when I call. last message I received from them is that they disabled my auto payments set for fri this week. Mind you if I have to call the payment in I have to pay a $12 convenience fee and we are a one income household right now and that's just not doable. So I am livid dealing with this kind of nonesense. I have asked them as the first check of the month pays our rent and it would be better for us if we have 1 payment a month instead of bi weekly... They refuse to do that.. but they allow us to make payment arrangements, ok cool... so how do I owe $20 then? and that is why i'm giving them only 2 stars because of the hassle over this, and out of nowhere $20 late fee which I am thinking they are going to try and tie to the payment arrangement even though I can't get anyone on the phone to confirm this. I got a job and we will be needing a second car very soon and we absolutely will not be coming here because of this kind of stuff. Like $12 convenience fees, taking advantage of people just because you can, and harassing text messages over $20- and not answering the text message responses or phone calls to explain it.... All these reasons are why we are going to look elsewhere for our next car, and in today's economy as a business you should be wanting to keep customers.

I was told the vehicle was not involved in any accident upon further investigation it was determined it had been in an accident I dealt with the Country Club location Liz was a bloodhound not a good experience she wanted to place me in any car and was bothered that I excepted anything more from a USED car so I went to Surprise customer service from Pedro was great but the vehicle has issues fast forward I was told to come and get the vehicle it was ready when I arrived NOTHING had been fixed the car still had no HEAT but they stated they changed the thermostat but when you run the a/c you smell burning wires I also was told there is not an oil leak it was left over oil from a repair so they "cleaned" the area this is where it gets funny the manager Mark becomes upset that I didn't want to keep the car because the repairs were not performed and the air bag light is still on meaning it will not deploy GOD forbid in an event I get into an accident he came to me a WOMAN as if he wanted to tussle he was waving the paper around that showed they cleaned off the bottom of the vehicle it's a 2011 vehicle if I want a vehicle with no issues he advise me to get a 2026 excuse me? It became a back and forward battling of me simply expressing the issues and him telling me so you just have buyer's remorse dismissing everything I stated I explained no I have buyers concerns then the disrespect continued I stood completely confused as to way is this MAN acting so sassy and being disrespectful when I purchased a vehicle that has been in the shop longer then I've drove it and when I finally get the car back I discover it's in the exact same condition so I shut it down I explained to him I am a grown woman with four children you will not speak to me any way he told me he has five kids one up on me???!! What is actually happening I was so confused and in a weird situation because it's me and three men standing here and they are not speaking up because he is management and they need their jobs but the one gentleman at the end we had a moment and from that I gathered he was on my side or at least understanding where I was coming from but his hands are tied so basically I asked to either switch the vehicle out or get my money back because literally a older gentleman just switched his vehicle out so I called the location I originally purchased the vehicle explaining what I wanted to do and you can hear the frustration from the guy on the phone I won't name him because I believe he is a good person just set in his ways so after speaking with a lot of drama queens minus 2 I told just bring the vehicle back you'll be refunded your money after another gentleman from a location in Mesa spoke with me and said I can switch the vehicle out they just need to see which location will work but because I wouldn't take the bait and be manipulated into staying in a car that wasn't going to serve me and my family justice instead of making it right they said F*** me I'm still in disbelief on these events the manager at the Glendale location said a mouthful of things and has left me disgusted and wondering where is the MEN in the world today we are surrounded by men who are supposed to protect the women instead they hate us it's so sad I don't know what he is going through in his personal life but he needs to go to therapy or take FMLA stress leave cause my GOD on today! Men we have to do better and women too when they see a woman they take advantage of you so ladies please make sure you are not making rush decisions Check the fluids make sure nothings leaking test drive on the highway notice any smells say something don't feel pressured into buying a vehicle because you NEED one I know that's easier said then done but what's for you is for you it will all work out so I rate the company zero stars and I will pray on it I have faith and trust in GOD if you made it this far GOD bless you!

    I went with my bf so he can get a car Rafiki was the sell person. This dude did not care at all. We…read moreinformed him the tire was low on the car, he told my bf that he could go fix it himself. When was a precursor for what was to come. BF brought the car on Saturday, this was a last resort, the car broke down on Wednesday we called the dealership to pick up the car as he was literally down the street, no one helped( they told him they would send a tow truck it was never sent), we then used AAA to tow the car back to the dealership where they proceeded to give him the run around. Rafiki stated for my bf to call the finance department the finance department told the to deal with the dealership, this went back and forth about 4-5times until finally the finance department stated they would have the car checked out. The car did not get addressed until the next day. When they stated it was a bad battery, which is usually a quick fix just a battery replacement, but no it takes a whole another day for the battery . During this process no one cared at all. They could have took him in a room to try and figure things out but no they just did not care! He tried to explain the importance of it all, as he is the sole provider of his child and it is necessary for his work. No care and no accommodation for selling the junk car that broke down in 4days. Even if everything look bad for you and you desperately need a car find another place. They are a predator car dealership.
