Had to pickup some medications here and was very pleasantly surprised. Easy parking, and way more options, especially for local Philly gear, than I was expecting. Cute gift ideas alongside all of the necessary meds/OTC options for fighting normal ailments. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I don't realize it's attached to an indoor mini-plaza that has several other businesses too. So give it a thought if you're looking for a non-chain option for your next medicine and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised too. read more

I saw a specialist out of state and they Rx-ed me a script from Rosemont, who does a lot of specialty work and compounds various meds to avoid the ridiculous costs of certain pharmaceuticals (mine was almost $900/month WITH insurance). Rosemont's cost was $52.50/month. I wondered if my specialist chose Rosemont because it was close to me, living so far away from the practice, but apparently they send ALL their patients to Rosemont, and just have them mail order. I learned that Rosemont Pharmacy's rare and far-reaching expertise is in demand over multiple nearby states, and many people mail order from them, which is a great additional service. Lucky to have them so close. They were very helpful on the phone as well, very personable, as others have mentioned. Do note that they are way around back in the shopping center. You really have to circumnavigate the whole stripmall to find them, but just keep going around, you'll get there. I added photos to try to help illustrate. read more

Everyone there was so helpful/ informative. I'm so grateful they were able to help me and my family with our fertility shot. They LITERALLY saved the day! Maria was amazing and walked us through the hcg shot and (I didn't catch the other ladies names) helped us out and made sure they took good care of us. Avoid this place like the plague. They will make you wait an hour or more for a simple prescription. My wife called Saturday for a refill. The prescription was filled and we called them to say we won't come because of the snow storm, will come Sunday. Came in Sunday at 1215pm and it was not ready. It is 120pm and I am still waiting for it to be filled. There are 3 people working. Unbelievable. read more

I've used them multiple times in the past several years with multiple rounds of IVF. They are extremely kind and caring and have gotten us out of a jam several times due to complications that arise with fertility meds, compound meds & time sensitivity that surrounds these type of medications. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! Service was fantastic and their prices simply can't be beat. I was recommended by my fertility doctor to use them and I'm so glad he did. After pricing around I found that their prices were significantly cheaper but beyond that, the service I received here was so much better than when I did fertility 4 years ago with my son at another pharmacy. When I first picked up my meds it was in the height of the Covid pandemic, in late April , and they were so accommodating and provided curbside delivery of my medications. More recently, I stopped in to get a refill of one of my meds and ask them if they could also fill my sons inhaler that was filled at another pharmacy. Within 15 minutes they had it done and I was out the door. On top of that, it was the pharmacist who brought the medication out to me and asked me if I had any questions. A much different experience than I usually have when I have to wait at least an hour at the local chain that I get my sons medication at. I will be transferring all my families medication to the pharmacy! read more

Absolutely horrible first time experience today. The female pharmacist was extremely rude and defensive when I asked about the self pay price of my medication. She started off by telling me that it was impossible to self pay if you have insurance, which is not true. (The law that allows this was passed in 2009) When I explained that this was something that I have done at other pharmacies in the past I was told that she "shouldn't hear that" and that she should "turn them in". Seriously?! She then told me that I could possibly qualify for a discount through the drug manufacture but that I shouldn't use it as it is "not fair to women that really need it". What?! Who is she to decide who needs a discount? Infertility treatment is expensive, who wouldn't want to save money if they could? Mind you this all started because this pharmacy literally charges more than twice than others for the medication in question! I know the price I have paid in the past and I was not going to pay more than double! I am shocked that this is how I was treated and I plan to never have meds filled at this pharmacy. I real shame as I traveled to the area from over four hours away and everyone else in my travels was so supportive and helpful. Beware of this pharmacy and do your homework when it comes to drug prices. Obviously these days a patient has to advocate for themselves! read more

Worst pharmacy customer service! I was told twice, 1st time upon ordering and a 2nd time after calling back in, that they would provide me a complimentary box of alcohol swabs needed for my prescription shots. I called in for a 3rd time after not receiving it, only to be told by a rude pharmacist that they won't be sending me one and even worse to take my prescription elsewhere, after I reasoned out that they promised to send me one!!! Rosemont pharmacy helped us out of a jam AND saved us $ on our scripts. Caremark was supposed to deliver our meds via next day service & things got all messed up. We were given permission to get one of the meds at this pharmacy, which they filled no prob. The next meds didn't come either & after taking a real long time cvs gave us the ok to get the remaining meds here again. One of the meds was in tight supply, so they checked w their patients to c if anyone had delayed their start. We were in luck. Someone was delayed & we were given the ok to get everything. Cvs denied coverage of one drug, so rosemont enrolled us in a discount program to lower the price. They also helped us with a coupon for the most expensive drug. Big thanks guys! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. After asking a question about my prescriptions I received short unhelpful answers. It was as if I was bothering them. They don't have the capability of submitting all scripts to insurance companies. If that's the case, it would be kind of them to explain that to someone upfront. Instead, they'd were rude. So much for kindness and customer service. I will never go back. read more

This pharmacy is amazing. The customer service they provide is fantastic. They helped me save over $1,600 on medications vs. another pharmacy all because they took the time to ask my doctor if another med that my insurance did cover could be substituted-they did this all on their own without me even having to ask. They also had the meds delivered to my home (the pharmacy is not local to where I live but I needed specialty medications). Throughout the entire process (which was very stressful for me) they were informative, kind and helpful. I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy! I can't say enough about the customer service at this small, old-fashioned drugstore. I once came here desperate for a prescription after a horrible experience at CVS down the road, and the woman working at the counter was so kind and helpful - just what I needed at the time. The pharmacist even took the time to call my insurance company and deal with their customer service for half an hour when there was some confusion over my coverage. Everyone here is as nice as can be. I want so badly to give them that fifth star, but their selection is definitely limited so I can't always find exactly what I'm looking for. But hopefully that will change after they're finished renovating. read more
