They said we needed all the office notes with the doctors signature on it. I provided them with that I formation and it still wasn't enough. The doctors staff said that this has never happened before. The prescription was always enough. I think that Browning's new policy is to discourage insurance claims and have the customer pay out of pocket for the equipment. Go somewhere else that will provide quality service and genuine help. These employees either don't care or they are stuck with a policy that punishes the patient. Waste your time if you need something from them.
