I do feel they may be a bit more expensive than a chain pharmacy for obvious reasons of being a mom and pop family owned pharmacy, but not to the point of not using them bc of that. Her neuropathy in her feet prevents her from standing and walking much and in her older years she refuses to answer the door. Honestly I don't think she hears it. She can be home alone with no worries. Without a delivery window we need to make sure someone is home all day waiting on the oxygen. They are supposed to call when they are on the way, they do not. When I call to have a refill ready for me to pick up they say no no no we will deliver it today. They maybe one of the oldest in the county but their customer service and caring is sub par. The doctors staff said that this has never happened before. The prescription was always enough. I think that Browning's new policy is to discourage insurance claims and have the customer pay out of pocket for the equipment. Go somewhere else that will provide quality service and genuine help. These employees either don't care or they are stuck with a policy that punishes the patient. Waste your time if you need something from them.
