Well stocked and clean CVS. Staff was pleasant and it served its purpose when traveling.

this store was once one of the best cvs locations....certainly not any more!!!! they can't seem to keep employees.... either in the pharmacy or the store. no one bothers to answer the phone. today i waited over a hour listening to their ridulous announcements on all their wonderful services before giving up and hanging up. Worst I've ever been treated!! Nobody in the store, three people working in the pharmacy, nurse present and refused to give me two shots because 'they're too busy'. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Closest pharmacy near me, but will never go back again. read more

I went there did a COVID vaccine and after I went into the ladies room. IT WAS HORRIFIC!!! I won't go into the crappy details, if you get my drift. I told the woman checking in customers for Covid vaccine appts. She basically just agreed with me and left it at that!!!! I have to go back for my second shot and am a little leary about the cleanliness of this place, if the restrooms are that bad! read more

Would not allow me to use restroom. I was there to buy meds and a shingles vaccine. Went to Walgreens.

Very well stocked and clean. Staff always courteous and friendly. Pharmacist gave very helpful consultation on diabetes medication question.

The customer service was excellent, Travis was exceptionally helpful assisting me in finding the dijournos pizza; which I bought 8 of. Needless to say I will be sure to only return when Travis is working. KUDOS Travis! read more

Normally I don't review drugstores, and I've certainly never felt a need to give a positive review to a CVS, but the head Pharmacist at this location changed my mind. She was very helpful, professional, and compassionate when it came to helping me. Her positive attitude is the first one I've met at ANY cvs pharmacy, and it helped make my difficult day even better. After problem at the Palm Bay Rd. store I was treated like a customer at this store. A young woman is the manager at this store and she has more intelligence than a middle aged old fart manager at the Palm Bay Rd. store. She can solve problems instead of creating them. She can assess situations quickly and accurately instead of using an automatic response. Thank you for a nice SHOPPING visit. I have been a customer of this CVS for about one year. I had a tooth extracted on 5/16/2014. The dentist prescribed penicillin as a preventative measure to prevent a possible infection after the extraction. I am DEATHLY allergic to penicillin. This fact is on my records, but the dentist missed this fact. It happens and I am not angry. The pharmacist at CVS, before filling the prescription, checked my records and noticed this allergy. He contacted the dentist who immediately prescribed another drug. If it hadn't been for this dedicated, efficient pharmacist I would have taken the penicillin and that would have resulted in a medical emergency. I would have probably been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit as I can not breathe as a result of this allergy to penicillin. I feel completely confident using this pharmacy and I am so grateful to their staff and their dedication to their customers with insuring their safety. I HIGHLY recommend this CVS. After a long wait at the drive through on Sunday 1-8-17, the prescription sent electronically by my doctor on 1-6-17 at 12:30 was not filled,and I was told they had never received a request from the doctor's office. They did however receive a request regarding an inhaler that was from my doctor, requested the same day as the other medication. I refused the inhaler since they had charged me too much according to my insurance. After refusing the inhaler on Sunday, I received a txt message on Monday, my prescription was ready. I called and spoke to the pharmacy who again told me they had the inhaler ready, not my other medication. I called the doctor and they had a record of the call to CVS on 1-6-17 at 12:30, and offered to request it again...I called CVS and finally an intern named Robert offered to help by calling the doctor's office. Robert verified that my doctor had record of the request on Friday, and said the doctor's office would be calling the request into CVS again in about 30 min. I called CVS and they received the request this afternoon and should have my medication ready by 8PM tonight. So it is taking from Friday until Monday night to get my prescription filled. Wow! Not good. read more
