We pay it because, well, we thought it was a prescription but we found out today it is literally OTC. When my granddaughter opened the bag she said, "This looks like a box off of the shelf"! When she took it out of the bag I realized she was correct and there was a price tag of $9.19 on the box. I couldn't believe that I was just charged $14.99 for something they took from the shelf and bagged. I immediately went back inside and questioned why I was being charged nearly $6 more for an OTC product. I was told that her script has always been for an OTC product but, since it's always been filled as a prescription, that's how they run it. I asked why she received an actual prescription bottle every other month and I was told that usually they open the OTC box and put the tablets in a prescription bottle.... When asked why I was charged $6 more they said the extra is used for their time to prepare the script, the labels, and the packaging. They did refund the difference to me because I discovered the price difference.... Six dollars may not seem like much to some but, for most, it can purchase other needed things. I am curious as to how many other customers are being overcharged like this. It must be some form of fraud or theft or something! Please be aware.

There were at least three times that they shorted the prescriptions so I now boycott this company and they will never see me again. Please use Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart, anything except this company. If you MUST use this pharmacy, I suggest you have them measure or weigh out the prescription in front of you so you can be assured you're getting what you pay for and the amount your pet needs. I happen to come on the Sunday they had an offer for "free weekend". So they had some cool goodies for me signing up. I got a nice gift bag from the front and another from the pharmacy... u also got a $5 coupon from the optical shop. Vivian at the desk was amazing!! So sweet, kind and caring. She really made my sign up easy and fun. Now, I did have an issue. I snagged my new jacket on a sharp piece on their cart ... when I talked to the manager, Kristen, she advised I can try to take it to a seamstress and bring the receipt back to them. If the seamstress can't fix it, bring the jacket receipt back to them. So I will do that. I hope a seamstress can fix it, because it would be a nice win-win, since the jacket is $140. Anyway, I really liked this place, the people who worked here, all the goodies they gave away and the delicious strawberries. I'll be back!!!
