Debi has the onsset of Dementia and I have breathing issues so even though you are not a prefered pharmacy with our insurance the convience is worth the cost. We recently moved from one apt to another in the same develpement and have had her prescriptions delivered for 5 1/2 years at the same address until our move on 7/2. I have made every attempt to help the drivers know it is a different apt building by contacting the store 3 times with suggestions. Like "can you please when Debi gets the next few refills can you please tell the driver that it is a different building and apt in person !!!!" They will not know~ the addresses are almost identical. Well today, as usually it didn't go as planned. I was told the way they notify the drivers of any changes is on the green slip of paper stapled to the bag!!!! the print is 5xs smaller than the print of The customers name!!!! I am sure after going to the same apt for 5 years when you see the customers name YOU HAVE NO REASON TO KNOW THEY MOVED! When I called the store again to ask if they could do something different!!!! I was told NO. Not only that but Holly who works there muted my call and when I called back the other person who answered the phone said Holly went to lunch and said the call dropped. This is my second issue with miss Holly!!!!!! I worked in customer service for 55 years from selling real estate to managing a convience store........... I decided to give Walgreens a second chance this year at a different location. I ordered 8 calendars on December 23 at 11:15 AM. Earliest pick up time was December 24 at 1:23 PM. After not hearing that my order was ready, I called to check on the order status only to hear that they are out of stock and have to cancel my order. Again, these were Christmas gifts and now I do not have them for my family. While I understand these things happen, no one bothered to call and let me know, so I could reorder and have them in time. Two years in a row and very disappointed with the lack of service I've received.

I took a waterproof disposable camera in to get a CD created, instead of the usual 1 hour service it took them 3 days and once I received the CD it was corrupt. So I waited until I was back home to go to my regular Walgreens to get a new disk. This entire experience has convinced me to buy a regular waterproof camera instead of the cheap disposables because I don't want to have to deal with the Walgreens photo center again and wait days for my pictures.
