We are seated, quickly given menus, water, and allowed adequate time to review the menu. Our server was the son of the proprietor and he was such a delight! You could tell how proud he is of his Lebanese heritage and regaled up with a few stories of Houda, his grandmother and the restaurant's namesake. Take 1 large soft pita bread, smother it in tahini, add freshly cooked moist falafel with a crispy exterior, add fresh rocket, tomatoes and cucumber and then smooth the pita bread in half, toast in the grill and wrap up to serve.
