Better than anywhere I've seen. Everyone we met with was thoughtful and accommodating, especially with meetings, since my daughter was out of the country. They truly think of every detail and are so organized that planning was so easy and as stress-free as possible. We were planning the wedding from out of town and they were able to accommodate us with video chats and scheduling meetings around when we could be in town. My coordinator, Audri, was fantastic and so supportive throughout the whole process. There was a problem with one of the vendors on the day and she swiftly took care of it with me having little knowledge of the problem! The owner changed the original table layout without my permission, which made the space less comfortable and suitable for our guests. There were also additional issues with the owner during the event that came across as distasteful, and some guests even found the behavior rude.
