Update: "Jeff", the manager reached out to repair via text, but we simply don't trust this business after visiting in person and then calling twice afterwards to have them replace in one day. Sorry, but we have never had a cracked phone screen in this household until we used your product. And it very well could have been cracked or dropped by your business since we noticed the cracks less than 18 hours after getting the phone back. It's a shame you couldn't replace it when we brought it to the store. Hopefully, a refund will be made since we gave you three chances to make it right. Steer clear! This place will swindle you. They do not honor warranty. Had a screen replaced because the touch aspect stopped working. Had phone for four years and never had a cracked screen. Less than 24 hours after getting it replaced, screen cracked and not by dropping. Paid $150 to replace the first time for an older Samsung Galaxy. Staff was rude and said they don't replace from phone drops, but if they opened phone they could tell if it was dropped or not. Hmmm, so I should believe them to tell me if the phone was or wasn't dropped? As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair. Save your money and repair elsewhere at a more reputable place.

Meth kit - has no leaks works fine, wired to a fuse that has power even when car is off. Drains battery if not turned off with the car. Front splitter was missing bolts even with hardware provided only hanging on from canards. Splitter was flapping at 100+; destroyed my $1,100 splitter and $250 front grill. Was told my front accessory drive bolts were loose - they were not I torqued to spec. They proceeded to hit all the bolts with an impact, breaking my AC compressor bolt which the belt pulled the AC line towards my header. Cost $1,300 to take to another shop to get fixed. Crank seal was replaced with incorrect crank seal for the Innovators West Balancer. Which then leaked oil under boost / left a puddle of oil under the car when turned off. Do not take your performance car here. I have other friends in the car industry that have been screwed over by these guys.

Stay Away! Signed an agreement with Timber Creek…read moreConstruction, LLC, owned by Lee Payne, in May 2022 for a complete remodeling of our master bathroom. Work began in October 2022 for a project that Timber Creek Construction proposed as a 10-week project. 12 months later, our bathroom was not close to being complete. A sample of the issues remaining included the following: * No plumbing fixtures installed * No electrical fixtures installed * Incomplete tile installation * No doors installed * Significant trim issue * Subpar paint job, characterized by a Timber Creek employee as "...was beyond unacceptable" and "...embarrassed by the work...". * A complete mess of our Master Bedroom, Master Closet, and additional bedroom (where we thought we were temporarily storing our belongings) that needed extensive cleaning. This project contained poor project management, poor workmanship, no quality assurance on work that was completed, no adherence to provided schedules, and up charges on selection items that were neither contained in the agreed proposal or indicated to us prior to signing the agreement. The emotional trauma and physical health issues this caused us are beyond comprehension. We lived in complete chaos for a year with no completion in sight. It became very clear that Timber Creek was in over their head with this project and underestimated effort and project details that had been discussed many times prior to the work starting. We were left with no other option than to cease working with Timber Creek and pursue other means of completion, at a cost that was significantly more expensive than anything we had anticipated and proposed by Timber Creek. This was the worse construction/remodeling job we ever experienced.
