As the owner, who is so sweet, says, if you're willing to dig through some of the bins, you can find some really good and useful stuff. The owner graciously made an effort to separate out the selection into bins sorted by type of item. And at any point if you have any questions she is happy to answer. I ended up spending just over $40 for a bunch of good stuff, and I was very happily surprised at the value of everything. The inventory changes often, so I'm gonna have to increase my frequency of visits. Overall, really good experience here. I'll definitely be back, and you should check it out if you haven't yet! What I like about this shop as well was that the booths were very organized and the whole place feels clean. You could spend a 1+ hours exploring the glass cases and decorated rooms. Each inch is packed with merchandise. My favorite area was the book room! Hundreds of titles to explore in the back corner. Since you'll be there awhile, might as well grab an ice cream cone too. Help is available at the front desk - with the spaces being the responsibility of the sellers, there's not a reason for them to be embedded in the selling spaces. The primary reason for 4 stars is the pricing. It's on the higher end and after a while I lost the excitement of browsing because I wasn't going to say yes to that level of splurge. I also spotted a few things I had at home - in no way are these items antique or ever worth that amount of money. It made me question the value of other items and the pricing. The 2 Amish furniture stores near Cincy could not help us. E-town went the extra mile to locate and order exactly what we wanted. When we arrived to pick it up, the gentleman owner was friendly, courteous, and went the extra mile to help us load and secure it for the ride home. When checking out, he took the time to talk with us as people, not just customers. There are a variety of items on display in the store and the number of items you can order from catalogs is seemingly endless. He works with several different Amish manufacturers, and can even custom order pieces to suit your needs. The furniture is well, built of solid wood with durable hinges and hardware. I took it back to have someone explain away how they were sure it worked before they sold it to me and made me have to pull teeth just to get my money back! Fast forward about 7 months to a year) So my wife's father dies and she ended up with a few of his items that was hard for her to look at for obvious reasons! So she decides to pawn and not sale the items as she hoped to maybe bare them again! I remember the bad experience here but paid it no mind and decided she would pawn it at this establishment! So she goes in with her current id and pawns her item with no problem! So today we go in to retrieve her item(this is also after making hundreds of dollars of payments to hold it for us) (plus late fees) They tell us we can't buy our items back because the address on her id (THE SAME ID THEY EXCEPTED WITH NO ISSUES WHEN THEY TOOK IN THE ITEM) does not match!!! They never explained this to us of course if they had we would not have left the item there!! THEY STOLE FROM US!!! After I cuss everybody out lol the old guy said I'm tough and asked me to come behind the counter to fight knowing damn well police and or a shot to my face is inevitable lol So I asked him to come outside to have a real man respectable fight and of course his scary ass declined!!
