We've been a member of Metro Club since we were children, and let me tell you, the place has only gotten better. There were major renovations a few years ago, and now the place features a longer and better pool, a cute kiddie pool, a legit resting area under a shade, a fantastic gym, a spa, a cafe, a tennis court, and a satisfactory restaurant.
They have a pretty extensive menu featuring Filipino favorites like lengua and pinakbet as well as Japanese food (sushi, tempura). They also serve typical club food like chicken wings and calamari.
I also love that they serve wine, so you can literally just spend the entire day there to relax and unwind. You can have a morning swim, have breakfast, read a little, take advantage of the other facilities, work in the cafe, and then end your day with a couple of friends and some alcohol right next to a pretty swimming pool that gets quiet from 6pm onwards.
Perfect place to hang out. :) read more
