It's like they just don't pay enough attention and if I wasn't reading the documents and asking questions I would have spent a great deal more for insurance over the years than I needed to be. So I guess I would just say to everyone to be sure you read those documents, are getting credit for those things that should reduce your premiums and make sure you are paying for only what you really need as far as coverage or it will cost you!
