I hired them for a move-out clean up in a 2br apartment. This was a place that my boyfriend and I lived in, I moved out several months before he did. He was a horrible slob, and the apartment was in my name, so I had to have it cleaned since he never did. I booked the appointment a month in advance and specifically said FOCUS on the bathroom. It was a horrible wreck. I told them the tub was textured and I couldn't get it clean They said no problem. The rest of the apartment was EMPTY. No furniture to clean, and I had vacuumed part of it myself. The fridge was empty. The communication with them was great. They confirmed the appointment and touched base a few days ahead. They gave me a time frame and stuck to it. I asked if they would take trash on the patio to the dumpster (about 50 feet away) if I paid extra. They agreed! I wasn't there when the cleaning was done, but they text me after (apparently they were there 4 hours !!!!) and said due to the "extent of my clean" and other jobs booked, they didn't get to the fridge. Uugh. When I arrived, I couldn't believe what I saw. The bath tub was still dirty. They hadn't cleaned off the mildew from the tile. They DID clean off the countertop and mirror, floor. They may have vacuumed...but I still saw debris in the carpet....and the kitchen! OMG. They didn't touch the oven OR the fridge. They cleaned off the countertop, but left some type of blue cleaner in the sink and didn't even rinse it out. By the time I saw it, it was dried in the sink. Oh, and the stuff I asked them to take to the dumpster? They took most of it, but left remnants I had to clear out myself. Charged me $140. I definitely wouldn't hire them again.
