Joe and the crew came out Monday, moved all the furniture, extracted the water from our carpet, put in blowers and dehumidifiers and got our basement dried out. Today they came back, tested the moisture level and made sure everything was dry. They removed the equipment and everything is back to 100% normal. The bedroom ceiling was from an old and repaired roof leak. I first had an estimate from a company that sent a salesperson out to sell me a humongous headache, a large bill, potential and warning of a much larger bill. The plan was to UNNECESSARILY cut out drywall ceilings, leaving those to be repaired by someone else I would have to search for. That other business thankfully raised huge red flags, and I knew I needed a second opinion. I called Time Maintenance, the owner, Mark came out right away and was not there to sell me a ridiculous amount of trouble, home damage and endless weeks of unnecessary hassle, mess and headache.
