The very first time I was referred to him, he took me through the process, step-by-step, to make sure I understood every little detail (down to payments based on interest rates, mortgage loan program, etc.); unfortunately, I was not ready to buy at the time but he kept in contact with me (while being respectful and not annoyingly persistent) and called when I said I might be looking into buying a house, again. Although the delays in buying kept coming, he was faithful and continued to answer any questions I had. When I was finally ready to buy, Eric continued to answer questions (many of which I had probably asked several times before) before his team eventually went to work for us. When we finally executed on a contract, we were able to close in three weeks, due in no small part to Eric's team! THREE WEEKS! Throughout the process, I never felt like Eric or his team disappeared, as they were always ready and willing to walk me through any concerns or questions I had. They had an appraisal added in my loan which I paid $1000 for my appraisal out-of-pocket. That thousand dollars that I paid I was told by Steven and Justin that it would be paid the day of closing. It was not now they have my number blocked and cannot get in touch with them and no one is responding to my messages. I would not recommend using that team. I'm sure turbo mortgage is great, but these guys go around and round in circles and are not very professional.
