I visited a few times last year. The food was good, the Ambiance was dated but, OK. The service was nice by most of the staff accept the general manager who was short communicating seemed bothered. Guess that is why a couple girls rated her poorly. I was approached by a fully intoxicated Asian who smelled of pot and was pushy asking for a drink or a dance or she would move on. This place is AWESOME. Since moving back to Columbia 4 months ago, this club is my go-to. Girls are nice, management cool and the music is THE BEST (great DJ). Its like being in a nightclub - dancing near my seat, getting my life. Racism where?? There was no cover, always a plus, but the drinks were stupidly over-priced. My husband and I ordered a beer and a mixed drink and it totaled 24 dollars. I was not pleased. This club is ran by a hot albiet stern older lady who runs the place with cold precision and is not very nice with how she treats and talks to new hires. If you are a gal looking to get a job at a club you can try your luck with this place but please know you may have to put up with some body shaming and emotional abuse to get and keep the gig. I would only come here if you want to spend some serious money as this place thinks highly of itself and is pretty pricey. This place is a bit hard to find and I definitely need GPS to find it. However, it's worth it. This club may very well be my 2nd favorite place to see the famous Baltimore dancing girls. The food tastes great and is reasonably priced. Drink specials are attractive but regular prices are moderately high. The atmosphere (once you get inside) is attractive, fairly upscale, clean, and recently renovated. They have many TV screens with sports running, so if you are into watching the game and beauties at the same time - this place WORKS! Yah, I know....now to the best part--the Dancers! The dancers here are friendly and pretty minus a few exceptions. Mostly the caucasian variety with a few darker and other exotics thrown in. In general, they are above average attractive and with great smiles and attitude. You can get private dances and VIP rooms here and they are pretty worthwhile IMO. The VIP rooms have much more fun factor than the dances but they are certainly not cheap and cost about $600/hr or $150 per 15 minutes. I banned this place from my list of places I go for quite some time because the person watching the clock would shave time from my private room...meaning coming in to tell me my time was up when I had a few minutes left. This happened several times and once when I got the room from 90 minutes, I only got 75---I mean come the f--- on, I'm already paying way more than a professional girlfriend for less services and you still feel the need to rip me off?? It might have been a fluke with that particular manager - so since then, I've avoided dances there altogether. Overall, I enjoy and recommend this place. Dances are pretty tame but at 2 for $20 deals, no one seems to complain. Food is excellent along with friendly staff. I would not recommend this place for dances unless your expectations are low. It is great hang out place to go because no cover charge, great food at reasonable prices, and drink specials. Some of my favorite dancers were Gina, Lauren, Giselle, and Mia. The millstream inn is a semi-hidden gem, nicely removed from the sleaze of "the Block" and definitely higher-end than the college-town desperation of some of the strip bars of, say, Towson. The food is genuinely good, not just strip-club good, and there is some actual talent (quotation marks omitted intentionally) working the stage, cage, and private areas here. On a Saturday night you'll find 2-for-1 drinks, girls and dances, and a decent population of couples and singles from a wide cross-section of Baltimore. Take away the nudity and change the lighting and you'd swear it was an indie sports bar. The DJ tonight was interesting without being distracting, funny without making the girls or guests the butt of the joke, and the music was a great mix of genres (pantera's "walk" followed a mashup of "Billie Jean" and "sweet home Alabama"). My waitress was sweet, competent if not attentive (busy night), and of course exotically pretty and sporty. On the downside, The mens room is a bit better maintained than the womens, drinks are still strip club prices, and some of the girls are best left onstage (a detached, antisocial lapdance can ruin the beauty of a dynamic stage dance or the best bodies man can build). I have been checking out the clubs in the area and found this place on a recommendation from a dancer at another club. My husband and I both really enjoy going to clubs and have been looking for a place where we are both comfortable and it seems that Millstream is the one. Having grown up in the area, my only recollection of this bar was "dive...dive" but they have renovated and the inside is upscale and comfy to just hang out for the night. We have been during the week and the specials are great. Tuesday is 2 for 1 dances and completely worth it. Dances can be tame and there is some level of supervision in the back but not too much. I never felt like I was being hawked. We will be trying the "suites" out sometime soon. The dancers have told us that we will have a better time as we can be more relaxed and they have more flexibility in the VIP area. Will update you on that experience hopefully soon! I started going back to The Millstream after about a 13 year hiatus (moving to Florida kinda makes the commute a pain). It used to be basically a hole in the wall strip club. When I moved back, WOW, I was impressed with the remodel. I only really drink beer and their prices are about the same as any other strip club. They have a mix of ladies that work there and no bad experiences. When they have come over to sit with me, they may mention or talk about a private dance, but when I say I really can't at the moment, they don't get up and try to find another guy. Overall, a really nice place. I have seen reviews saying their staff are racist, I've seen black, white and latino customers and have seen no signs of this going on.
