I have ordered from this boutique several times. I placed an order on November 28, 2025. The shipping label was created December 5, 2025. The USPS says it is waiting on the package. The company said that USPS has not had time to scan the package, even after 10 days. I have asked for a refund because I need to mail the package to my granddaughter tomorrow. Okay, firstly, I reallllly wanted to like their online boutique. The clothes looked so cute on the models and so I ordered one of their nursing dresses. Firstly, you only get free shipping on orders over $150 which seems ridiculous, but with the pricing of their outfits, I guess if you order two to three outfits, it works. You then have to pay IN ADVANCE for "return insurance" for if you decide to return something so that you don't have to pay for $9 return shipping when you've already paid $9 to pay for shipping in the first place. Secondly, on to the outfit- I'm sorry but this looked like an oversized, patterned tarp. I am 140 lbs and 5'8 and it made me look like I was 300 lbs. It looked absolutely awful and the material looked and felt cheap. I am not trying to be rude, but for the amount of money I paid for this, I would expect the quality and look to be better. I was very unhappy with the whole order and now I only get an online credit and will likely either lose the $75 I paid or have to go through this whole process again to order something... I'm just going to order shoes or a purse or something because I don't want to have to go through the return process again and lose even more money. I have been ordering from this store for a few years now. I truly enjoyed the products , they were different and not everyone had them, especially up North. I dropped a lot of money over the last few months at this store. I am sad to say it was the worst experience of my life as a customer, I had to call for locate my product after a week, I had to then call when UPS dropped a note saying they would not deliver without a signature and to change the delivery cost me more money, when all they had to do was pick up the phone and call UP themselves they could not do this for a customer. Pandemic online shopping is something I avoided for a while, but the bug got me. My friend had a super cute maxi dress she ordered online, so i ventured over to the site to see if there was anything that caught my eye. (I'd have loved to get a maxi dress, but i am short and they look frumpy on me.) The website's sorting and filtering system needs some work. I went around in circles trying to find sizes i was selecting, and then found they did not have my size in several pieces that were included in my filtered search. Oh well. No worries on that, I searched for other options. Their size charts could use some work as well. I ordered three items - two dresses and one pair of shoes. From seeing the models used and the sizes they claimed to be wearing, i could tell the type of clientele they must usually appeal to (AU students, likely), so i sized up. I was pleased how quickly the items were processed and mailed. Good work! As i sort of had expected, the dresses don't fit. The trendy one just is a poor shape for my body and is too big in some places while restrictive in others. The second dress was the same sort of issue - sleeveless dress with gaping gaps in the chest, and the waist just did not look right. The shoes, well, i will make them work because i love them, but the size just isn't quite right. I read refund policy prior to my purchase, so i know there is only store credit allowed. I'll avoid the clothes from here on, and focus on the accessories for my store credit. If nothing else, someone may like them as a gift. The clothes are so cute on the super thin models, so i took a chance. Sadly, it was a bad roll for me, but I'm sure the kids who they appeal to will fit in them and be adorable. read more

While this company has some nice styles, the color photos are not always accurate. Purple can mean a dull magenta in real life or white is a dark beige, etc. Because of this, I made almost $170 in returns on a single order and received store credit. That's great, however, they only give you a short amount of time to use the credit. The order was placed October 19, and I immediately made the return. They gave me until October 27th to purchase other things. I couldn't find anything else I liked and ended up losing all of that money. That isn't right. I ordered from this boutique during COVID for a dress for a wedding then browsed some sales items. While the maxi dress I got was nice, everything else was terrible. One shirt is huge on me although I ordered my regular size. Another top advertised as "mustard yellow" arrived more like a mix of green and brown, not at all what was advertised. However the worst product was the $50 dress I got to wear to a wedding. The material was beyond cheap and looked NOTHING like advertised!! The poms and fringe on it were falling off and so terrible looking. I felt like I was wearing an ugly 70s prom dress. A friend told me it was the worst thing I ever ordered online. To top it off. I wanted to love this place, but it's bad quality clothing. The clothing I received from and online order was poor quality and the size charts were completely inaccurate. Especially on the rompers. The clothing looks great if you're a stick but did not hug any curves. Everything just looks like a giant bag. I had read the reviews so I was aware of the return policy, in that there barely is one. The clothes can be shipped back at your own expense and only store credit it offered. I had already paid shipping once, so this is a little be much considering almost all other boutiques offer a more consumer centric return policy these days. On a $45 romper, I would have lost $15 on shipping, and would have to pay shipping again to use the store credit so another $10 there and hope that the quality was way better. I mean a shirt that looks like silk in a photo should not end up looking like paper mache when you receive it. At that point, it's not even worth it, off to goodwill it goes. This company will not allow you to return any items for a refund of your original payment. Some items they will not allow you to return at all and others will only get you store credit. So, if you end up not liking their clothing style, material, and most importantly the quality, you are stuck with the items or returning for other items that will most likely not meet your expectations either. Absolutely love this boutique. Have been shopping here about 6 years now. Have spent thousands over the years and don't regret a thing. They have quality items, easy return policy and excellent communication. If I ever have an issue with something, I haven't had to wait more than minutes before someone addressed my concern (not kidding). They also have 2-day shipping on basically everything so when I by something on Wednesday, I typically get it at my door Friday which is crazy (only other reliable place I know like this is Amazon). Some people get upset that they get store credit but honestly that's how it is at most boutiques and I enjoy having a gift card that I can spend next shopping spree. They have a large selection of items. Always up to date on the latest fashion. Only complaint I would make is that they don't have many curvy models. I appreciate boutiques that do this as it makes buying things online easier since we can't try it on. There are many times I'm hesitant to buy something because I know I'm not the size 2 nor their height and wondering if it will near the same. Otherwise, this boutique is great. I have really had a bad experience with this place. I've only ordered online, and the quality of the clothing was not what I hoped, and so I returned, only to get store credit. I've been hesitant to order something again, but wanted to use my credit. So I decided to order a tumbler and have it monogrammed, figuring there was no way to mess up the quality or the fit. I chose one of the monograms where the middle letter is bigger, and thus the order goes first initial, big last initial, middle initial. I typed it in first, middle, last and the preview it showed me automatically re-formatted it to have the last initial in the middle as it should be. However, when it came in the mail, it wasn't done as the preview showed me. Very frustrating. I don't know if I will ever get around to using my store credit because I do not think I can trust anything they produce. Would not recommend ordering anything from them. read more

My recipient received half of the value charged to my credit card even though I made them aware of the mistake and received a response via email, early yesterday afternoon. Terrible quality of clothing. I ordered a jacket that looked nice and cute, when it got here I saw how terrible and cheap the material was. I even noticed they sell the same brand of their clothing at tj maxx for not even a quarter of mint juleps price. Very frustrating as well that the no return policy and only store credit is not advertised strongly as well. I got a return gift card and purchased another item and it was the same bad quality. I made a few online orders for several different items. The quality of most of the items is not that great, definitely overpriced (I don't mind paying like 45 dollars for a top though but the sweaters I received had open stitches everywhere, felt super cheaply made, etc.). All of the clothing that I ordered was either made in China or made in Vietnam, it says so right on the inside tags of the garments. A little misleading, based on the photos. The tee shirts (not tops, but just tee shirts), however, I found to be pretty decent quality and super soft. I do love how soft the tee shirts are. However, my biggest compliant is the sizing of the items. Do not follow the size chart on the website. These items are not based off of standard American sizing. Every single top or tee shirt that I ordered is super huge, super big. Sizing is *way* off. To give you an idea, I am super short and 161 lbs. My current jean size is a 12, I just had a baby. In the tops and tee shirts from Mint Julep, even a size Small is too big on me. No joke. It doesn't advertise how huge their items run on the website, so then I am kind of disappointed to be stuck with a bunch of things in the wrong size that I can't return. It's not a horrible boutique at all, it's just that the truth is not really advertised. It depends on the items that you pick out. If you don't mind paying 45 dollars for a tee shirt that is made in China or Vietnam, the tee shirts are not bad items and are very soft--just buy 2 to 3 sizes down from your normal size. I would stay away from sweaters--the quality sucked and the sweaters I ordered felt like sandpaper. Remember to size down more than one size so that you don't make the same mistake that I did. read more
