I rented a tux for a formal event. Upon receiving the tux, the shirt (that they measured me for)…read moredid not fit so I was given a NASTY demo shirt that had brown spots all over it for my event. They refunded me for $20, so I didn't get too mad. The tux was due to be back Sunday, but the manager on duty told me that I could return it Monday, since the event was out of town and I would not make it back to Auburn that Sunday before the store closed. When I brought the tux back on Monday, the lady that was at the counter was VERY RUDE and told me I needed to do a better job of following directions, and when I told her that I was told that I had permission to return Monday, she said she didn't believe me. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and it's not that hard to have decent customer service, especially when your customer has paid well over $100 for the service you are providing. I will never do business with them again, as they were rude each time I went in and acted like they didn't appreciate the business I was giving them!
