This Houston-based chain has a location at the mall right next to Jos. A. Bank, facing the freestanding Krispy Kreme. I found this comfy, neat shirt, but I thought it was slightly overpriced. Yet I still bought it despite believing it may not be long for this world (hand wash only!?!?!?), oh well what can you do. There seemed to be lots of sales going on, and there was a discount rack in the back too. A big chunk of the clothing inventory were dresses so if you're going to an event in the future, checking out Francesca's could be an option. If you like cats or know someone who does, the gifts area had a lot of neat cat-related items as well as Alabama (the state, not the school)-themed goods. Filing this info away for future reference. The one gal working cheerfully greeted me when I came in, and she was pretty nice too. She insisted that the marks were not a discoloration, that sometimes they just came from the factory like that... which to me means that it's a manufacturer error and the merchandise should probably be discounted. She was extremely rude and abrupt, she acted as though any discounts she gives come straight out of her own paycheck. Terrible customer service, and from a manager too!
