Just a little tact would've made a huge difference and would have prevented this 1 star review. I feel all potential customers should know when contacting him that maybe what you're wanting won't be available - even if there's no initial indication to that possibility.

Tables, chairs and heat lamp were delivered a day before the party, which was an added plus since they told me the day of the party they were fully booked and busy and couldn't give me an exact drop off time. My anxiety started lol but when they rang the doorbell the night before we were all shocked and thankful. I told my bf to pay attention and ask them to demonstrate how to turn on the heat lamp, they did and he swore he knew how. Come the night of, he couldn't turn it on, he was literally trying for 30 mins, he thought there was no more gas. We made a quick call to Fernandas to let them know the heater wasn't turning on.
